My wife and I enjoyed this class which highlighted our stay in Florence. We cannot stop talking about all we learned from Chef Roberta. This is an experience we’ll take home to our friends and family.

Amazing experience! I attended a pizza and gelato cooking class with my girlfriend, and we both loved it. It was a super fun and very interesting experience, where we learned a lot while having a great time. Chef Matteo was extremely hospitable and friendly, making everything even more special. Definitely an experience to repeat when I return to Italy!

After several pizza classes all over Italy, this was the best one so far! Matteo was very knowledgabla and funny and interactive. We made our own dough, he fastrose it, we used our own dough! so fun, normally you get premade dough and they put your dough away for the next day! he taught us gelato and waffle cups while we waited to rise. He helped everyone personally in smaller groups to stretch and top the pizzas and taught us how to put them in the ven, it was soooi jummy! Gelato as dessert! Free flowing wine was there and water, but me as a non drinker appreciated there was also as many soft drinks as I wanted. I would suggest that they offer for you to buy your used apron at the end, i am sure many people would do that as a souvenir! highly recommend this class and any activity by this company, well worth the price. very nice and clean, professional location in the central food market of Milan

A thoughtfully planned and fun experience

The experience was carefully planned. When our dough needed time to be ready (which is an hour), diego taught us how to make gelato and to make the waffle for the gelato. Overall the experience is planned well, there wasnt a moment where we felt we didnt know what to do next or felt confused. The only thing is the location of the cooking school is abit tricky as google map will not be entirely accurate . One must first enter the food market, then go upstairs and go to the very end of the corridor. There will be map on the walls on second floor, the place is ‘scuola de cucina’ #26
