This was one of the highlights of our trip to Palermo. We were there as a family rediscovering our Sicilian heritage. There were 17 of us, with ranges of age from 10-60 years old. We are quite an energetic group, but Chef Salvatore just joined in our fun while teaching us proper technique and helping us make the most delicious pizza. At the end of our trip, so many people said that the pizza making class was their favorite thing. Thank you so much for such a fun and educational experience. We can’t wait to make our own pizza at home using what we learned from Chef Salvatore

Lovely experience
This cooking class was so much fun, and our instructors, Lidia and Salvo, were amazing! The instructions were easy to follow, and the pizza and gelato turned out great! They were also able to accommodate my friend's lactose intolerance by providing a non-dairy option. Highly recommend this class if you're not sure what to do in Palermo.
