Ein rundum wundervoller Abend mit italienischem Flair, Kochshow und Live-Oper mit Klavierbegleitung. Der Service war unglaublich nett, sehr aufmerksam und ausgesprochen zuvorkommend. Besonders schön fand ich, dass sehr sorgfältig auf Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten geachtet wurde. Die Atmosphäre war einfach großartig und hat den Abend zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.

Our tour guide was Carlotta. She was very informative, helpful, kind, cheerful and had great knowledge about wine and food. I enjoyed doing the wine tour with her. And we stopped for 5 minutes for a great view from Piazzale Michelangelo. The wineries we went to were lovely, and the dinner was delicious.

An unforgettable experience! Our guide Francesca was amazing! You are the first to enter the Duomo in the morning. You watch the security guards use 3 old style keys to open the door. You enter with low lighting and watch the lights illuminate the church and the ceiling frescoes. Francesca explained the church, frescoes, facade, baptistery etc. You then have a short break before embarking on the climb to the top. Once there you are the only ones there for about 10-15mins before the first public climb of the day. This lets you get all your photos uninterrupted. Francesca took time at the top to explain the key sights and places of interest you may want to visit during your stay in Florence. Your ticket includes admission to the Baptistery, Duomo museum, bell tower, so it gives you flexibility if rule book this on your first full day in Florence. This was an excellent experience overall and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special time visiting Florence.

Diesen Tagesausflug würde ich nicht noch einmal machen. Versprochen wurde eine Kleingruppe und als Transport ein Mercedes-Van. Wir wurden aber zu 20 Mitreisenden in einen Kleinbus gequetscht, es gab keine Beinfreiheit und ich wusste nicht wohin mit meinen Beinen. Beim Aussteigen (mehrmals) taten mir die Knie weh. Ein sehr unangenehmes Reisen!! Meine Beschwerde bei der Reiseleiterin wurde abgewiesen, ich solle mich an den Veranstalter wenden. Der ganze Reiseverlauf wurde nur abgespult und die Programmpunkte abgehakt, wenig ambitionierte Reiseleitung. Der Tagesausflug war sehr teuer und im Rückblick tut es mir leid um das viele Geld. Die Erlebnisse waren das Geld aus meiner Sicht leider nicht wert.

Lorenzo was wonderful. This tour gave us the opportunity to see the Tuscan countryside and Sienna, San Gianni, and Piza. These towns have the walkways that you see in movies and are just beautiful. Lunch and the wine tasting at the Corbucci Winery were incredible.
