What a wonderful experience learning to make pizza and gelato this morning. The timing of the activity was just right. Our chef Lydia was brilliant at taking us through all the steps of making Sicilian Pizza and chocolate gelato . It was a lovely activity in a small group with a family from Florida, which meant not only could we take part in all parts of the process as well creating our own pizza and gelato . Plenty of tins to chat and eat what we had made over a bottle of wine and soft drinks. Highly recommend .

Lisa’s pizza-making class in Tuscany was fun, interactive, and full of laughter. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also had us all engaged with her great sense of humor. The hands-on experience, combined with her entertaining stories and jokes, made it a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Tuscany!

Imperial Hill Bine Tour with Wine
This is the bike tour to take when in Florence. We highly recommend the small group (private) bike tour with Guide if want to experience the Tuscan Hills and all the splendors of Florence, Italy. Get out of the city center to see local villages, quaint coffee shops, stores and wineries. We stopped at Diadema and tasted superb vintage and exquisite olive oil all produced in the Tuscan hill region. Small batches, make the vino and olive oil special. Trust the wine, not the bottle. Niccoló was a great tour guide whose local knowledge added to the experience. He really loves the tourism industry and it shows. He was personable and easy to talk with. He looked out for our safety (riding in Italy can be hairy at times) and ensured we enjoyed ourselves with little effort. Grazie Mille!

Excellent tour that changed the experience of my trip
The tour was so great! Ella and Nicolo were amazing and they made me feel very safe. It was my first time riding a vespa and they were very patient with me. Amazing views, great wine and food, I definitely recommend this!

My husband and I went with our 9 year old and everyone had an amazing time!!! Our son is a picky eater, yet he had so much fun making his own pizza and ended up eating it! It’s definitely a must do! The chef was excellent! We absolutely loved it!

Enjoyed the cooking class and the food
The Chief Alfredo was pleasant and gave us useful cooking tips. We learned great techniques to make Pasta and Gelato. We enjoyed the class!
