Amazing Time

Amazing experience and highly recommend!! We had a blast and did this for part of our honeymoon! The Vespa tour was awesome and Gracie and Lorenzo were great help. The wine and food tasting was amazing as well! A++!

Pasta Cooking Class in Florence

Alice was fantastic and so knowledgable on cooking authentic Italian cuisine! She gave us allll the secrets to what makes it so good and you can clearly tell she loves what she does. Her passion for cooking and food shines through! The instructions and following along method for each dish was great as she walked us through and assisted when needed. We would do it again! The food was amazing too!!!

Great for families

Tommas was a fantastic chef that helped us make Pesto sauce, pasta, and ravioli. He is patient and encouraging throughout the process. This was a very fun and interactive class. We attended our class at the Florence, Italy location.

Andrea was excellent at demonstrating and explaining for the pasta/gelato class. Spectacular tomato sauce. Easy and now better ways to make at home.

The BEST cooking class I’ve done

The BEST cooking class I’ve done! A small group of passionate foodies led by Salvatore who was equally passionate! I was sceptical about making arancini (and pasta Norma and Cannoli) but any relationship between these sensational items(crispy, soft and FULL of beef ragù) and what is available on the street, is purely coincidental! And am now re-inspired to make my own pasta and rediscover whipped ricotta bliss! Afantastic market tour with so much information and random tastings and a wonderful morning perfected with free flowing wine to complement our lunch. Full marks Salvatore, and Thank You!

Fun for the family

Andrea was an amazing chef and host. This was such a fun pizza making and gelato class. My whole family loved it. I actually learned how to make and cook homemade pizza dough; also can now make gelato at home. The three hours went by quickly.

It was wonderful! delicious.. the team did great, especially because the power was out for an hour! The instructor did a wonderful job., Very patient with the kids that were there.

Great experience

An excellent evening learning how to make pizza with a very good teacher, fun, informative and delicious. It took the whole 3 hours and was worth the money.

Beautiful scenery

This is a fantastic trip. Francesco was really friendly and pointed out lots of interesting places and facts on route to Cinque Terre. The scenery was beautiful and we were well looked after. Very much recommend this trip. The boat trip is the ferry that goes from the different towns in the coast, from the description, i’d imagined something smaller but it was great to see the towns from the water.

The driver Renato was great, good driver and informative. My issue is that it is not day trip to Erice and Marsala, it’s actually a quick walk around to some key points in Erice, then 13 mins free time, then a drive to a winery in the area of Marsala for lunch. So for anyone wanting to see Marsala itself - this is not for you. At the winery you get a 45 talk about their wines and how they are produced, time to buy, bunch and then more time to buy. That was the disappointment, as we were all expecting to actually visit Marsala itself, not a just a winery in the region. Not really worth it, as you do not get to enjoy Erice either. And the visit to the flats in a 10 min stop where you are told about the lunch menu.
