Excellent host, the focus was pizza which was very fun. The gelato was more a demo that went into a machine. This was a great class mainly for families rather than cooking.? Perfect for kids.

Guide très sympathique. Beaucoup de transport et visite dans les salines sans intérêt, mais la visite d’Erice était intéressante et également celle du domaine viticole. Excellent repas et dégustation de vins.

Day was great and our guide was amazing. The only downside was the wine tour was short and you only got to taste three wines but it did come with a good pasta lunch

We thoroughly enjoyed our session. Perfect for a variety of ages, and my daughter has additional needs and was able to fully get involved and make a successful dinner. It was also lovely and cool as a break from the intense city sunshine, and our guide was lovely. Federica talked us through making it as well as chatting about where we were from and giving suggestions of places to eat in the area. The drinks were great - soft drinks like Coca Cola and Fanta were available as well as carafes of white and red wine. Toppings available was mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, rocket, salami, anchovies, olives, capers and mushrooms. We will be definitely be making pizza and gelato from scratch at home!
