Ein sehr schönes Erlebnis! Tolle Stimmung, hervorragende Pasta (und Gelato!) und dazu diverse Tipps, um die eigene italienische Küche aufzubessern. Bei den zwei Sorten Pasta durften wir selbst Hand anlegen, andere Teile des Rezepts waren bereits vorbereitet, um einen flüssigen Ablauf zu ermöglichen, und bei einigen Schritten hat unser Küchenchef sich eine helfende Hand aus der Gruppe erbeten und den Prozess Schritt für Schritt für alle erklärt. Am Schluss durften wir alles mit ein, zwei Gläschen Wein genießen. Wir können den Kurs sehr empfehlen!

Heather is amazing, first and foremost. A wonderful tour guide! He was great and patient when explaining how to ride the Vespa’s, the route we took has stunning views, and his photography skills, 10/10. Heather and Leila made sure we were safe at all times. Heather cracks some really fun jokes and I appreciated his sense of bringing authenticity to the experience. He shared a lot of stories with us, immersing ourselves more into the experience. Highly recommend if you have time in Florence, you won’t want to miss this :)
