one word :AMAZING!!! perfectly organised, so so friendly. They say Sicilian are friendly- you are the epitome of this friendliness. My 7 year old daughter and I had so much fun and we shall definitely recommend you to our friends.

This was a highlight of our trip to Rome. Anna created a warm, relaxed and fun environment, and was envouraging and supportive as we took our first steps in learning the art of pasta-making. There was plenty of opportunity to chat to other group members as you worked, so that by the time the food was served, it felt like eating out with friends. We left with full tummies and hearts.
