A wonderful tour this morning, our guide Donatella was so knowledgable and was happy to answer questions, take pictures and and explain all the history of the sites. Highly recommend and would request Donatella Mauceri as your guide

Through Eternity Tours was great! I booked a couple of tours with TE for our stay in Rome, and both were wonderful. However, when I realized they also provided transfers, I requested several transfers to/from airport to cruise ship, plus train tickets from Venice to Rome. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service(s). For example, I disembarked from cruise ship in Venice. The custom tour provided van to St Lucia Train Station in Venice; BUT when we arrived at the train station, they put us on a water taxi to deliver us (and luggage) directly to the train station to preclude a difficult walk over a pedestrian bridge! Above and Beyond...

Seeing Domus Aurea is an experience not to be missed. Our guide was knowledgeable but her English was heavily accented and unintelligible at times.

Wanted a Colosseum Tour, but got so Much More
Our first tour booked with TE Tours, but not our last. We wanted a tour of the Colosseum, but also wanted to see the Forum, so this fit nicely. This tour included us, and 5 more people so made the tour very intimate experience, made more so by our guide who provided many behind the scenes details. Most of the tour was about the Forum and Palatine Hill, which was great, as these were unknown to us. Our guide even gained access to specific areas due to knowledge of grounds and more remote areas. The whole tour was scheduled to the minute so we could gain access without large crowds to all the sites, and without wasting any time waiting.

Through Eternity Tours provides excellent travel assistance in many ways
We first booked a private tour of Colosseum in Rome (which we reviewed separately) but as that tour was at the end of our cruise, we needed some additional travel assists along the way; and ThroughEternity (TE) provided expert travel support customized to our specific needs. Our cruise started in Civitavecchia (Rome cruise location) and ended in Venice, but we returned to Rome to visit 4 additional days, and allowed a round trip air travel (usually a cheaper option). To facilitate our extra travel requirements, TE Tours customized our tour needs as follows: 1. Provided transfer service from Rome airport to our hotel (which we booked separately) in Civitavecchia. And added some friends at our request when they subsequently booked cruise and flight. 2. Provided transfer services from Venice Cruise terminal to St Lucia Train Station in Venice, which included TrenItalia AV train tickets to Rome for four people. This was expertly coordinated by TE contacts who put us (and our luggage) on a water taxi to preclude a long walk (burdened with luggage) thru Venice Film Festival crowds to the train station. 3. Provided transfer service to Rome airport from our Rome hotel (booked separately) for our departing flight home. We also booked a private tour of Mosaic Art in Rome, which was excellent. In all of these tour events, TE tours provided constant email and text message communications to provide reminders and vouchers. Additionally, telephone operators were available 24/7 to deal with any concerns with planned connections. We will definitely use Through Eternity Tours for our future travel needs...!

Horrible not what we booked, or described
This is not the underground tour of Naples. Our tour guide took us to San chiari chrurch and monastery. We did not see the underground tour that we had booked for over 600 dollar for two people. It is a huge misrepresentation of the tour. Don’t do it ever!!!!!

Guided tour convert!
I usually diy it but now I understand why people do guided tours. Our guide Marta was so interesting and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We took the tour to learn more about the coliseum, and we did, but the forum is so fascinating and there is minimal signage. Marta brought a tablet and she had pictures that further brought the areas to life. She also was mindful to keep us in the shade where possible and provide an opportunity to fill our water bottles. Through Eternity had support staff who signed us in and got us our headphones set up ahead of time so that we made use of every minute of our allotted time. Would definitely book with Through Eternity again.

Great tour, even better guide
Took the small group evening tour and it was amazing! What made it even better was Francesco from Francesco tours. He brought the history to life, making the cast of characters extremely relatable. We ended the evening at the Sistine Chapel which is actually less crowded and magnificent at night. Highly recommend this tour and if you can get Francesco as your guide you will have a blast!

Tour of Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill with Sara was excellent. She was very interesting and informative and great at explaining, answering our questions, and taking care of us in the heat, sun and crowds. Top notch! Would highly recommend. Also an excellent tour with Tatiana who walked us through the crowds explaining the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and Piazza Navone. Very interesting and informative and she pointed out things that we never would have seen even if they were right in front of us. Especially appreciated her knowledge of Rome. Many thanks!

Stunning building and crowd-free experience
Great tour of this absolutely stunning basilica with Giovanna. Being in the basilica at night was magical; we got to sit as they slowly lit up the dark building to reveal the golden ceilings and walls in their full splendour. Being the only group in the church let us explore without the crowds. We also got to see some areas of the church not always accessible to the public, including behind the screen and the crypt. Giovanna was a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. The tour description said 2 hours and it ran for 1.5, so finished earlier than expected. Our group was about 12 people so not too big. This is definitely an investment as it is not a cheap tour, but worth it to truly experience the beauty of a building which is usually overrun during the day!
