5 Star All the Way
We did the Secrets of the Vatican Tour with Guia. The day was chaotic because King Charles was visiting the Sistine Chapel and normal schedules were disrupted. Guia, our guide, handled it seamlessly and we saw everything that was planned and much more. Guia’s knowledge of art, art history and Vatican history was outstanding and we learned so much. She also took special care to give use the best experience possible. Seeing the Bramante stairs and the Niccoline Chapel was special. The tour was excellent value for the price and for someone who’s looking for something beyond the usual Vatican Museum experience this is it.

5 hour private VIP Vatican Tour
VIP 5 hour private tour. Francisco our guide was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. We visited the same day as King Charles so were initially told the Sistine Chapel was closed all day which was a major bummer. Francisco used all his experience and contacts to position us in the right place when the chapel unexpectedly opened 1 hour before our tour ended. We ended up seeing the chapel, museums in detail and the Basilica, Outstanding work by Francisco and 3 very happy customers with lots of memories.

Excellent guide makes for an excellent tour!
Our guide, Siriki, really knows his history, not just around Rome but, around Greece and Egypt and other far away places. Provided a planned potty stop and the pace was easy too.

Once in a lifetime experience
We had a truly enriching VIP vatican tour. Although it is not originally a fully private tour, since it was only 3 of us who'd booked it on this Wednesday, it ended up being a private one 😊 Our expert & friendly guide, Ricardo, was absolutely amazing and happy to answer all our questions as he carefully guided us through the Vatican museums and Sistine Chapel. He made sure we could take breaks as needed and we never felt rushed. He asked us what we were most keen to see in the museums and made sure to cover them in detail. At the end of the tour, after he brought us through the passage to St. Peter's Basilica, he also gave us very helpful information on how to navigate around the basilica so that we didn't miss the Holy door entry and the Dome experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone willing to spend a day to see the Vatican museum and also St. Peter's Basilica. It gave us the full experience and was worth the time & every penny. Also noteworthy is Through Eternity customer service. They were very quick to respond to any questions via their app. They made our very first vatican experience hassle free and memorable!
Product: VIP Vatican Small Group Tour: Experience Art and History
We did 2 tours with them - the Vatican and the Colosseum. First - the good - information about the tour as well as our guide for the Vatican (Valeria) were absolutely spot on. From here it goes downhill through. We chose their Vatican tour because it said semi-private = maximum 12 people. Well, our tour was 14 people. I am in no way offended to be in a group with 2 more people but their site is misleading and by lying they get customers they would not get otherwise. Buyer beware. And in case they respond to this feedback, I asked them by email why our semi private group had 14 people - their repense was “an emergency situation”, a money emergency I guess. For the colosseum we were a smaller group. The headsets were terrible (like old Bluetooth headsets, with a hook our the ear that only fit your right ear). It constantly fell out of my ear, by halfway it would cut out, my girlfriend whose hearing is worse in her right ear had to miss half of the guides words. Our guide was very knowledgeable but her attitude was rather unpleasant. At best she was irritable, and worst disparaging - toward tourists, other participants who missed some information she said. She had a verbal tick that was rather distracting, would cough into the mic and speak low at times and almost scream at others. Our tour was supposed to be 3h but lasted 2.30 on the dot. There are many companies that organize tours and these guys are not the cheapest. We spent over 780$CAD for the two of us for those two tours. If you don’t want to take a gamble with group size, tour experience and guide look elsewhere.

Fantastic tour guide
Our family were toured by a lovely knowledgeable and informative guide. We were told all the key points and were shown around some of the most breathtaking sites and views. The tour took around 3 hours and was the right amount of time to see and explore the sights. We particularly enjoyed the tour and the view from Palantine Hill. We would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to learn more about the Colosseum and Ancient Rome in general.

Sistine chapel private early tour is the way to go
No other way to see the Chapel beside early in the morning! Beautiful time spent in outside garden area. This tour allowed for ample time to sit in the Chapel and admire the art. Plenty of history provided to explain what we would see since you are supposed to be quiet inside. Mary was an informative and excellent tour guide. In the crowds she maneuvered us for excellent viewing. Private group- of course was perfect. Would highly recommend Mary and this tour!

The Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica can be quite overwhelming, not only in its scope of history and culture (i.e. SO MUCH TO SEE AND ABSORB!) but also navigating the crowds of people. Through Eternity Tours and our wonderful guide, Fabio, provided the perfect solution to this. Fabio was personable, kind, knowledgeable and patient and he offered enriching anecdotes, history, and humorous lore of all the highlights. The tour can feel rushed and chaotic at times, but that is because of the sheer volume of people (and we were there during “off-season”). Fabian was a pro at keeping us together (no small feat), answering all our questions, and making sure that we were having an optimal time! Book this to get the most out of your “Vatican Experience,” with minimal stress—highly recommend.

Sistine Chapel experience was amazing!
Sistine Chapel was amazing!! Mary supplied lots of historical info and showed us all areas. She even brought us to an outside garden courtyard which was beautiful and peaceful. She did an amazing job transversing the lines of people so we could see all that we wanted! Back into the Basilica for the end and finish of the tour! It was really awesome!! So knowledgeable! Would recommend and do again!
