This is my second time taking this cruise and I highly recommend it. It's well worth it, especially considering the price and quality of the experience. The only thing I would recommend to anyone taking it is to dress warmly, especially during these winter months.

Solo traveler experience, First time in the UK
Had a great tour guide that made the trip very lively! Enjoyed hearing the history of the sites as well as jokes along the way. This is my first time in the UK and I’m glad I added a boat tour to my list of activities! Would recommend to solo travelers but also saw plenty of couples and families! Additional: Booking was very easy and got it the morning of the reservation. I sat on the top of the boat on a bit of a rainy day so it was chilly but still worth it. I would recommend going on a warmer/sunnier day. Was plenty of room to sit on top and inside.

Great trip to Greenwich
Easy communication and instructions from the tour company. We enjoyed the informal commentary from our captain. Great scenes from the deck. We enjoyed seeing the skyline and going under all the bridges. A terrific way to visit Greenwich!

Not so great in bad weather
No frills. It was rainy and got us from point A to B. Great narrator but otherwise uneventful. Still worth doing.

Entertaining.
Lovely and worthwhile. We enjoyed ourselves and had fun. We won't think twice about going a second time. The river sightseeing and attractive sites were Waaw.

Organizzata malissimo
Nessuno ci ha controllato i biglietti. Non dico che siano soldi buttati via perché vedi tanti luoghi e monumenti londinesi in poco tempo. Però la guida parla solo in inglese (seppur lentamente e con termini comprensibili anche per chi lo parla scolasticamente). Dicono che ci sia un audioguida in diverse lingue, ma nessuno spiega da quale applicazione scaricarla quindi noi non siamo riuscite. Ad ogni modo la guida spiega solo cosa sono i vari monumenti ma senza dare informazioni dettagliate, cioè lo potevo capire anche da sola che quello alla mia destra era il London Eye, speravo che desse qualche informazione su quando è stato costruito, perché, o altre curiosità. E così per ogni cosa che si vede. Inoltre a metà del tour passa un membro dell'equipaggio con un cestino per chiedere un'ulteriore offerta libera. Cioè già ho pagato 25€ per sentirmi dire quello che già vedo da sola e in più si aspettano altri soldi... va bene che specificano diverse volte che loro non sono guide specializzate, però se offri un servizio (e ben più costoso di altri giri in barca simili) ti prepari e lo fai bene. C'è la possibilità di scendere a metà percorso o a Greenwich (ovviamente a prezzi diversi) ma senza qualcuno che controlli i biglietti. La vista però è molto bella perché si vedono bene tutti i vari ponti, il Globe, la torre di Londra, molti grattacieli, Canary Wharf...

The tour guide was entertaining as well as knowledgeable. Very informative presentation. I learned quite a few new things about London's riverfront that I had not heard before.

Nice views but no guide on our tour
I booked this tour based on the Google and Viator reviews raving about the hilarious guides and all the live commentary. Our captain was funny during the boarding and safety spiel, but after that? Silence. Absolutely no commentary for the entire cruise, which was super disappointing given that’s the main reason I chose this company. On the positive side, the bartender was friendly and the boat itself was clean — but overall, this fell way short of the experience I was expecting.

Excellent boat tour. Brillant views. Very good cometry. Super nice staff. Awesome buildings. Super cute birds. Peaceful. Smooth bubbly River. Nice bridges. Good history. Lovely tower of London Bridge. Tall towers. Fresh green trees. Gorgous Thames. Loved going on the Mericia boat! 10/10

A great way to see some historic sites/buildings and hear interesting commentary while making your way up to Greenwich. Easy to find the departure area and an enjoyable ride.

Ride on the Thames
Easy experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff! The sightseeing is a great way to learn about different t buildings in London! Also the endpoint in Greenwich was fun as it is a cute spot with lots of shops and food.

Mikey, Pauly and Louis were wonderful hosts. Great commentary! Bar and food service were bonuses. Our family had a lovely morning with great photosto Greenwich with return.

London Tower Bridge boat ride.
Didn’t realize purchased ticket included a set time. I thought it was good for any boat time. We missed our boat trip. It would’ve been helpful to send a reminder email of the excursion particulars with detailed information concerning the time.
