Prepare for queuing miserie and stale jokes
If all you need is a boat to get you from point A to B and maybe you want some info then this will do the trick. However be aware that the jokes on both trips (there and back) I took were stale. Just the type of jokes your dad would make (assuming your dad is middle aged and not in touch with young people). The queuing was also atrocious which on a nice day with limited deck seating might cause frustrations.

A wonderful way to take the weight off!
Our trip was on the Mercuria. It was a sedate ,sightseeing tour which was greatly enhanced by Alfie, who gave a funny and informative commentary. He made us laugh out loud on several occasions. The tour took in the sights and landmarks and was a very pleasant way to spend an hour and a half on a hot day when you have walked a significant distance! Loos and drinks were available. Once again, all credit to Alfie, he made it extra special 😁

Poor performances in your application
We booked tickets online in advance but when we visited the place (Westminster) tickets were not appeared in your app. We were struggling to enter the boat but I show my bank statement and email to convince officers there. Then we were allowed to enter. But it took more than additional hour and disrupted our next plan. Please make sure to take action not it happen again in future. Thanks

Make sure the boat you travel on has a captain who is willing to speak about the land marks you visit. Our first captain ( from Westminster pier to Greenwich was awesome. The return trip, several hours later, was dismal. Not a word spoken, no advice on how to access the info via phone or anything. We could have taken an uber instead.

Décevant
Croisière de Town bridge à Westminster en famille. Le speaker ne parlait qu’en anglais et nous n’avions pas d’audio guide pour comprendre. Nous n’avons pas compris grand chose à ses commentaires. Nous avons juste fait un aller-retour pour faire le taxi, c’est décevant et cher pour la prestation.

Well worth it and a good way to see London in a different way
Excellent trip on a beautiful sunny day .Although not an official guide the commentary during the trip was informative and funny.Also as a disabled person who walks with a stick the crew were very supportive getting on.and off the boat and I never felt rushed.

Relaxing and Inexpensive river ride
This last minute, 2 hour (round trip) ferry ride was relaxing and enjoyable. Inexpensive, too. The narrator (boat crew) was sardonically funny and informative. It departs and lands at various piers, so do a bit of research ahead of time to minimize your walk or drive.

A pleasant day on the Thames
This was a lovely experience. We happen to have nice weather, although a bit breezy the trip out, seemed to take longer than the trip back. There was funny and very informative commentary in both directions that was very clear and easy to hear, even though we rode outside on the top deck. There is also an inside viewing area if the weather is not so cooperative, there are a lot of things to do in Greenwich. I would highly recommend this activity. It’s an extremely pleasant and scenic alternative to travel by tube or bus.

Nice round-trip to Greenwich
Very nice experience! We did not manage to catch the 10.00 'o' clock boat but could go with the next 10.30 'o' clock with the same ticket. The captain told us lot of interesting facts and stories during the cruise which was very enjoyable, although he mentioned several times he is not a proffessional guide. You can both sit in and outside. Toilets and buffet on the ship available. One hour from London Pier to Greenwich, little more than one hour back. Highly recommand it if you would like to get out of the busy centre of London!

Sub-par information
It was nice to see London via a boat, but the info provided by the tour guide was sub-par. I wish we had learned more about the history and architecture of the things we were seeing.

Mostly good
The trip was fine. The narrator in one direction was terrible. The narrator on the way back was fine. The boats run frequently so lots of flexibility.
