We had the BEST time! We knew we'd picked the right company when the boat showed up playing fun music! The staff was laid back and FUN! We anchored in a beautiful spot and saw so many different fish, coral, and giant sea turtles! The staff in the water knew so much about the sea life below us. The lunch after we snorkeled really hit the spot! Then we sailed to the best photo spot. Everything was perfect! I'll do it again on my next trip to Maui!

The tour itself was great. However, considering the company has been operating for so many years, I think they could do a much better job protecting their guests from a situation that apparently happens every single day. Before the tour, they should clearly advise everyone to read the parking signs very carefully. We paid for parking as instructed, believing we were parked legally. Unfortunately, our car, along with six others from our group was towed. The signage is simply not clear. While there was a sign mentioning boat parking, the layout makes it look like those spaces are available for paid parking as well. The fact that multiple cars parked there at the same time shows that this is not just one person’s misunderstanding, it is confusing to many people. If only our car had been towed, I might have assumed I misread the sign. But when seven cars make the exact same mistake, it’s a clear indication that the parking area is misleading. To make matters worse, cones were placed in those spaces afterward. They should have been there before to prevent people from parking there in the first place. Instead, it felt like people were allowed to park, and then the towing company was immediately called. It gave the impression that this happens regularly and that visitors are being trapped rather than warned. Instead of ending a wonderful tour on a positive note, we spent the rest of the day taking a 20-minute Uber ride to the tow yard and paying nearly $200 to retrieve our car. It completely changed what should have been a great experience. I believe the tour company should proactively warn every guest as it significantly impacts the overall experience.

They were always there to help, making sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and had the best snorkeling experience possible. The crew truly loves what they do, and it shows in the way they care for every guest. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Maui, and we can't recommend Maui Snorkeling enough.
