This is an amazing cooking class! Chef Carlos is hilarious and really made the whole night. Great food, super helpful making vegetarian recommendations. We had heaps of fun and would recommend to anyone!

Spanish Cooking Class-you don’t want to miss!!

Such a great experience. The class started with a tour of the market. Then we went to the kitchen and Chef Carlo got us started. He was an amazing teacher. We cooked, drank, laughed, ate, and had a great time! We made Gazpacho, Espinacas con garbanzos, Paella valenciana, and enjoyed a lemon sorbet & sangria. I highly recommend!!

Nice social way to learn about Spanish cooking. Good equal participation for cooking tasks. Leo and Sabrina were very helpful. Plenty of food, really tasty. Good fun couple of hours!

Fun off-the-beaten-path experience in Seville for foodies

When you need a break from cathedrals, palaces, tapas, and wine, this a must-do, fun experience in Seville learning to cook (and eat) traditional Spanish. Definitely recommend as an off-the-beaten-path experience. A tour of the mercado was a visual culinary treat. This is the most fun you will have if you love food, cooking, and entertaining friends when you return back home. Sangria will never taste the same again after you have learnt to make it the right way. Kudos to the sous-chef for keeping us lubricated.

History lesson in a bowl

Whether going as a group, couple or solo traveler, this activity was an educational and a delicious history lesson. The market tour in the historic building, was very helpful in explaining some of the ingredients we were to use that day. Chef Carlo was all about the great food, teaching new and easy cooking techniques, all the while welcoming a diverse group of cooks. As an experienced Chef, Carlo was able to tell us some of the regional differences in the ingredients and dishes we were preparing. He encouraged everyone to participate which added a very positive vibe to the experience. I highly recommend this tour and cooking class for any level cook wanting to learn more about these Spanish dishes!

Awesome cooking with chef Leo

We had an excellent evening with chef Leo! The food was delicious and the class was well organized. He did a great job of getting everyone involved. The class was a little hard to find so give yourself some extra time to find it. It was totally worth it. Would do it again next time I am in Sevilla.

The Perfect Blend of Food, Fun, and Spanish Flair

The tour started with Carmen and Anna taking us around the market and sharing some excellent insights into the produce. They explained the different olives, olive oil, cheeses, and meats. They also spoke about the fish and very interesting information about the Spanish garlic! We then had a very short walk to the cooking kitchen. It was beautifully set up and ready with aprons for all of us. Chef Leo handled our group very well and has an excellent sense of humour. He made the cooking fun, light-hearted, easy, inclusive, and informative. The food, sangria, and dessert were delicious. After class, you can also buy some paella pans at an excellent rate (the sale is not pushed at all. The items are on one side, and you can browse and buy if you want to). I recommend this experience 100%!

An amazing experience in Triana

My husband and I take cooking classes everywhere we travel as we love to discover new foods and recipes. I decided to book this Spanish cooking class for my parents, my husband and I, and couldn’t have been happier! Maria and Noelia were extremely nice and helpful throughout the evening. The recipes were well explained and they made sure we had a great time. The food we cooked was amazing and the ambiance was relaxed. I recommend this activity for an authentic experience of Spanish cuisine!
