De rondleiding over de markt en de kookworkshop werd door 2 enorm enthousiaste dames verzorgd. Het enige wat ik er aan toe kan voegen is dat het krap in de tijd was. Een half uur langer zou fijn zijn.

Fun cooking class and tour of Triana market
Such a fun time learning how to cook three different dishes. Wished we were able to shop for the ingredients ourselves and get to sample of the groceries in the market. Carlo was our chef and he had a good sense of humor and imparted food facts for us (paella is from Valencia and usually with rabbit, frogs and chicken and not to drink sangria bc it’s touristy). We luckily had a fun group so it made the experience better. The gazpacho, spinach and chickpeas, paella and lemon desert were amazing. Would highly recommend!

So much fun! Strangers became friends. I will make Paella at home. It was delicious. Tour of market was so informative and our chef was cute and have a great personality. He gave us many cooking tips.

It was fun, the group was friendly, and we enjoyed talking to each other while cooking. David and the rest of the staff were also great. The food we cooked was delicious. I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience
Our cooking experience was fantastic. Diana and Kayi were very welcoming. Diana explained each recipe very well and made everyone participate. The recipes were easy to follow and tasted wonderful. Would highly recommend the Taller Andalusia de Covina

A good cooking lesson, except Miguel(the chef) put too much salt in the paella, even though a discussion was had with another customer due to her medicationMy wife and I couldn't eat it , I mentioned it to Carmel and the pair ignored us for the rest of the lesson, we didn't even get the offer of our second drink as everyone else did. Not even an adios, a big let down. If you do this lesson refrain Miguel from the salt dish.
