Booked an hour tour from Ved stranden based on recommendation by the hotel staff, and to say the least, it was alright. Given the cold weather, the boats were enclosed which isn't all bad, but the windows could have been clearer for a better view. On getting down I asked the tour guide a question and he just ignored me...which is not cool. Adding one star because the tour did cover most spots in Copenhagen which other wise would've taken longer on foot.

The tour ticket cost DKr60 per adult which was very much cheaper than the DKr169 ticket from the other canal tour operator. We understand the tour route and duration is the same for both tour operators. Only difference we noticed is the boat. The more expensive operator uses newer boats.
