We went on the tour on March 27th. We first booked the tour at 2.10PM but this was canceled, we were not informed about this and were waiting there for about 20 minutes. We then got re-booked on the next tour. The roof of the boat was very dirty so it was not possible to look around very well. You also get an audio tour but the quality of the sound is very bad. Also, after we just left off, the boat went to the other pick-up/drop-off point where we had to wait for 20 minutes until some people got off the boat and new people got on. The staff was nice but other than that i would not recommend booking this tour if you want to get a good view of Copenhagen.
