Uncomfortable
A poor quality trip on an overcrowded boat. Seating and standing space was inadequate and the guide was more interested in promoting the bar than in anything else. We were forced to sit in a malodorous bar area next to delinquent children playing table football. The scenery was monotonous outside central Stockholm.

The tour itself was rather ok and informative. Nothing too exciting but not a terrible experience either. What angried me though is the price. I've learned only afterwards that the usual price for the standard 60 min canal tour is around 60 - 80 DKK. Another tour operator sells the same tour a few meters away for 60 DKK. Maybe Stromma has slightly better boats or services but they sell their tours starting 169 DKK and in my case 199 DKK. This is 3x the other operator and I didn't see 3x better anything. It's a pure rip-off. I'm disappointed. Even google suggests 60 - 80 DKK in average so I guess this must have been their price quite recently. My bad I didn't check other sources than their website but this was pretty shocking.

Fun relaxing cruise :-)
This was a really great cruise. Informative and fun, and a slightly different route we had been on before. It’s a really nice way to relax and see a different side to the city. We went at 8pm beginning of May, we had a lovely sunset. Was also included in the I Amsterdam pass, but we pre booked from one of the booths.

Disappointing. Nothing more than a quick boat tour with the onboard guide pointless as could hardly hear a thing.
Disappointing. Could hardly hear a thing. Lots of loud talking by other guests to the extent that we could hardly hear a thing. Reported the issue to guide but the technology seemed to let him down and he seemed unaware. I have been to Copenhagen before so this tour wasn’t really for me but my kids got absolutely nothing out of the tour. Also, the boat sped past the little mermaid and we were unable to get a single picture nor hear any of the background to it from the guide. All in all a poor experience and a very expensive one for that when you pay for five people. Would advise caution for families using this tour.

A beautiful and nice area. It is only reachable by boat. Also the musuem is open for short opening hours. But it is realy worth a visit.
