The woman there then sold us a ticket for both the boat and the bus. She failed to mention that the boats only run on Saturdays and Sundays and on the days the cruise ships are in port. She only said we could use the ticket for 24 hours. When we wanted to take the boat tour the next day, unfortunately, no boat was running…money wasted. That day, there were only four buses running, which meant we sometimes had to wait 30 minutes. I'm not used to that and was very disappointed. If you have to wait 30 minutes at every stop, it easily takes two hours… The audio guides on the bus didn't work either, and we won't even mention the driving style and the lack of courtesy of the bus drivers. You should definitely go with RedSightseeing. Their buses run every 15 minutes, and the boats operate daily. Plus, there are staff members at every stop who can answer your questions. (Original) Wir haben ein Ticket gekauft, als wir von der AIDA runter sind, da die Verlaufsstände dort direkt aufgebaut waren. Die Dame dort hat uns dann ein Ticket für Boot und Bus „angedreht“. Dabei hat sie nicht erwähnt, dass die Boote nur Samstag & Sonntag fahren und an den Anlegetagen der Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Sie hat nur gesagt, dass wir das Ticket 24h nutzen können, als wir am nächsten Tag die Bootstour machen wollten, fuhr leider kein Boot…Geld umsonst ausgegeben. An dem Tag waren nur 4 Busse unterwegs, dass heißt man musste manchmal 30 min warten, dass kenne ich nicht so und war sehr enttäuscht. Wenn man an jeden Punkt an dem man aussteigt 30min wartet, gehen mal gut 2 Stunden ins Land… Auch die Audioguides im Bus gingen nicht und über den Fahrstil und die Höflichkeit der Busfahrer sprechen wir erst garnicht. Man sollte dann doch zu RedSightseeing gehen, die Busse fahren alle 15 min und die Boote täglich. Und an jedem Stopp stehen Ansprechpartner an die man sich bei Fragen wenden kann.

The canal cruise in Copenhagen was fantastic! It was a great way to see some major sites. Our tour guide Patrick was informative and he was very funny. We learned a lot about the city. I would absolutely recommend going!

Lovely way to see city for just arriving , was nice guided tour. Slow welcome but tour guy nice once got going. Felt had to look for service as busy with larger noisier groups

Unfortunately it rained constantly whilst we were on this door but I still enjoyed it. The tour lasted about 2 hours and I can imagine it would be wonderful in better weather. You can purchased snacks and beverages on board.
