It’s expensive (€25/adult) and lacks the personal touch like the other tours with live guides. There’s staff on board, very kind but the only interaction is to check if you are seated when passing under a bridge.

Never again!

This was the absolutely worst bus we had been on. The things to plug your headphones into were falling off the wall of the bus. Could not use them. When we moved seats the next one worked. The next issue was that the bus driver did not set the tap to the right time. We got info that did not match where we were. The driver or the tape did not announce the stop numbers. Had no idea when to get off. He barely stopped so you had no idea you were at a stop. The worst part was every time we stopped the top would slide forward and when we would take off or speed up the top would slide. Such a safety hazard.

Pessimo servizio. Viene pubblicizzata l'audio guida in 19 lingue, di fatto solo in piccoli, brevi momenti parte l'audio guida descrittiva di ciò che si sta vedendo. In compenso il capitano munito di microfono parla a braccio, ovviamente in inglese, senza quindi possibilità di traduzione. Ho fatto le mie rimostranze al capitano e mi ha detto : hai ragione, ma non mi hanno restituito la cifra. Soldi buttati quindi....

Very good

Cheese was nice , mustard was nice , wine was nice. Views were nice , goes very quickly. The lady in charge was informational and welcoming initially , found she was very crude at times during the experience. She didn’t seem happy.

The cruise was stunning. However, after walking for 30 minutes, trying to locate our open cruise boat , we eventually found the boat. It is shocking that the so-called number 1 boat cruise operator is so badly maked!! It was also rather frustrating that the captain at times did not speak into the microphone!
