Could use more content and very hard to find info about where to get on the bus

I like to use a hop on hop off tour to get an overview of a new city. After I booked I looked for a map of stops on Viator and never did find one. Finally I asked a competing hop on hop off company and they directed me to a nearby stop. The audio narration was much lighter on details than most other hop on hop off tours I’ve taken. There were long periods of silence as we drove around and many interesting sights, statues, etc that remained unremarked. I wonder if one of the competing hop on hop off tours might be better but they apparently don’t ticket online.

Enjoyable and fun lots of interesting facts. I thought it was cancelled because it was raining our tour start @ 2pm but turned out to be nice. Sun came out and the boat has a roof and it was really memorable experience.

Wow, what a great tour! Ted - what an amazing guide! Thank you for a lovely tour, great anecdotes about the city and the humorous GBG-jokes! Even though it was quite windy, they took us through the 50 minute tour in what felt like 20 minutes. I highly recommend taking the tour - even if you live in the Gothenburg area.

Playback guide not worth the price

Guide was recorded, the playback went off 2 times for 5-15 minutes during the cruise. When on, most of the information said was very generic and audio quality was poor. When encountering this issue, our live guide's solution to this was to keep on restarting the playback device. No excuse, no backup presentation. Not worth the money.
