The only problem was you couldn’t really understand what the guide was saying so most of the those of us that sat down on the inside level didn’t always know what we seeing. Vi hade sett fram emot båtturen Under Stockholms broar, men det blev tyvärr en ganska trist upplevelse. Båten var överfull, vilket gjorde det svårt att få en bra plats – många fick sitta långt från fönstren utan någon direkt utsikt. Guidningen var ingen bra, användning av sin egen mobil och hörlurar gick tyvärr inte, istället fick man engångs hörlurar. Ljudet skrapade och var svårt att höra, och innehållet var rätt ytligt. Turen tog nästan 2 timmar men kändes mycket längre eftersom det var ganska enformigt. Flera broar nämndes knappt alls, istället var det mycket prat om vikingatiden och hur bra Sverige i miljöhantering , flera hundra engångs hörlurar känns dock lite kontra! Caféet ombord hade höga priser och långsam service – inget man vill stå i kö för mitt i en sightseeing.Personalen var inte direkt otrevlig, men verkade rätt oengagerad. Allt som allt kändes det inte som att man fick valuta för pengarna. Stockholm är fantastiskt, men det finns andra båtturer eller guidade promenader som visar upp staden på ett mycket bättre sätt. Tyvärr skulle jag inte rekommendera den här turen!!!

We opted for the 48hr bus and boat combo for 95€ and wish we hadn’t . The routes were ok but there isn’t much to see. All the main interesting sites and monuments are in the interior of Amsterdam and are inaccessible to traffic. The stops are also very far apart and infrequent not giving much of a respite from walking around. We were stuck in a traffic jam at around 4pm that took over 2 hours between stops. No updates from the driver and no opportunity to get off and walk. It was 25c and the roof was closed making the journey extremely uncomfortable. My partners headset socket didn’t work and she couldn’t listen to the commentary not the it was worth listening to. The commentary was 90% annoying music and 10% commentary. The boat cruise was average same issues as the bus.

Terrible audio quality in the bus - we tried at least 6 different connection points and could not make out a thing that was said because of the static/interference. That’s really the only point of taking a tour like this, to hear about the sites you are seeing - otherwise may as well just walk around not knowing what you’re looking at. Bus was overcrowded (many were standing and didn’t even have the privilege of not being able to listen to the crummy audio) on a hot day and had almost zero ventilation. I understand the lack of air conditioning, but at least if there were windows that could be opened?? Total waste of money. Pick another tour.
