Sadly we can't have a pedalo since we are 2 adults and three kids, despite the fact that our small one would have had more than enough space to sit in the middle....

We did all three routes during our 48-hour window. It was helpful having the boat tour leave from the same place the busses stop.

Nice cruise very poor commentary. Owners should upgrade the PA or sound system. Clean cruise boat.
The boat trip was good . The PA system was terrible. The guide gave the commentary on the top deck but passengers on the lower deck could not hear what he was saying. His voice was too soft to carry the commentary to both decks. The upper deck was full that is why I had to sit on the lower deck. The cruise was very pleasant with lovely sunshine.

There are better tours if weather is nice
When we purchased, the rep said 40 outside seats. There are zero. Most windows open but several do not and if you are in an inside seat it’s very stuffy and hard to see. Skip this tour.

Don’t Do It!!
Never received a message that the tour was cancelled and when we arrived at the boat we were told it had been broken. WTH!! Then called Viator customer service to let them know there contractor is scamming people and now waiting for my refund!

Average experience
Average experience Guided tour was not so great, since their audio systems were not very good. Also did not get a good seat during the entire journey. Would have loved it with more clear instructions.

Lovely intro to Copenhagen
Peaceful canal tour and a chance to become acquainted with the area and local sights. Luca was a great tour guide who provided lots of interesting facts and made the tour upbeat and numerous. We was even given ponchos when the weather changed.

Beautiful afternoon boat ride.
The afternoon boat ride was relaxing and informative. A lot of historical and current info from our narrator was very interesting. Boat ride was comfortable for us as seniors. We sat outside upstairs and enjoyed it. Snack bar and toilet were available. Very nice excursion.

Cancelled without prior warning
Hello, Our boattrip has been cancelled. ✓.png Booking Reference BR-1284414325 We were not informed, we just found out at the pier. This is very unfortunate because it was our last day! We could not make any other arrangements so this is a serious anti climax at the end of our stay in Stockholm. Dave

A different view of Copenhagen—from the water. We saw parts of Copenhagen not easily reached by tourists. Entertaining and educational guide. Was worth it!

Good experience
It was a good experience. Unfortunately there are a group of people that talking each other loudly, that makes it hard to listen the audio guide. We chose this cruise because of no drink / beer included and we think that will be quiet and enjoyable ride. Hopefully there is a policy to keep down the noise.

Worth it.
This canal boat trip was worth it. I thought for the price it would seem cheap but the operator/guide was knowledgeable with just the right amount of comedy mixed in. It was an hour long and we saw so much. Would highly recommend.
