Stay away, awful company
The poor language skills of some employees and the attitude of others are frustrating. The buses are generally late. Due to their tardiness, I almost lost the money spent on tickets for the Rosenberg Castle. I would give zero stars if I could.

We didn't realize that the cruise we chose (3 hours) was a lunch cruise for others? So when we boarded we were relegated to poor seating around the edges of the boat. Those that had booked the lunch, sat comfortably - lunch wasn't an option for us at time of our booking.

Good but a lot more people than we thought would be on the tour. The shipboard information about what we were seeing was hard to understand and hear from where we were sitting. Otherwise beautiful pictures.
