What a beautiful way to experience Stockholm — cruising under its many bridges and through the locks between the lake and the sea. Highly recommend the “Under the Bridges” tour for anyone visiting this stunning city! The only thing that I didn’t enjoy was the rude people that were talking very loudly and made it difficult to hear commentary

This trip, like most Viator activities is through a third party. But communication between this third party and Viator is evidently non-existent. We found out the trip (which was about 2 weeks ago) was canceled when we got to the dock. Other people were there who had been on a canceled trip the day before and had been re-booked to the canceled trip we were on. It was chaotic and a waste of precious vacation time. They had no other trips going out that day to take. To this day I am chasing Viator for a refund.

Despite having a pre-booked ticket, I ended up standing for the first 30 minutes while carrying a small child. We were four adults and three children, all crammed into a few seats for more than two hours. If tickets are pre-booked, shouldn’t they include a reserved seat to ensure a place to sit? Otherwise, what is the point of booking in advance? Is the priority simply to take in as many passengers as possible to maximise profit, or should safety and comfort come first?

It is very hot in the summer with non existent air conditioning. Windows barely do something. Prices are reasonable but coffee was very bad. Information was ok. If trip could last 1-1,5 hours, it would be the ideal timeframe
