Ok tour with lack of organisation
Route was OK . Info on attractions could be more. Had trouble finding correct bus as apparently there are 3 or more hop on/off buss operators with almost identical red buses. In time of booking no map or instructions on stations ware given so had to find my own way. It is good way to see city when you have limited time. Definitely not the best way.

Complete waste of money AVOID!!!
Do yourself a huge favour and buy a Metro/bus ticket instead, which only costs about £10 per day, and this includes the harbour boat bus as well. We completely wasted our money buying Stromma 48-hour tickets only to discover that from mid-September they reduce the hours (but not the price!) of the hop-on hop-off considerably! On one of the routes, buses don’t start running until 11:15am and they finish at 3:15pm There are just three buses all day long with a two-hour gap in between. This is certainly NOT a hop-on hop-off service. There is no way you can get round this route stopping at all stops! The other routes aren’t much better. The map and interactive map they provide are completely useless. If you happen to wander away from the bus stop for a little walk about, good luck in finding the next stop as they are extremely difficult to find. When I emailed to complain, their response was “well, you should have read the small print“. So I’ll save you the bother. Just avoid Stromma buses as they are a complete waste of your precious holiday time and money! We had no choice but to buy the Metro/bus Citypass, which turned out to be a good move as it was great value, allowing us to stay out beyond 4pm! The Metro and bus system were very simple to use, with easy-to-find stops, and being able to wander about on foot meant we saw way more of Copenhagen rather than the stress it caused us waiting for non-existent Stromma buses to not turn up!

Wir haben wie empfohlen die Treffpunktadresse die auf dem Ticket stand aufgesucht. Wir waren um 12.45 dort. Als um 1300 kein Schiff da war, habe ich an der Ticketkasse nachgefragt. Die Dame sagte mir in süffisantem Ton, dass es nun 13.01 sei und das Schiff leider schon abgefahren sei. Als ich ihr sagte, dass wir seit einer Viertelstunde hier warten, sagte sie, man habe aufgrund des Wasserstandes allen Teilnehmern eine Nachricht geschickt, dass der Treffpunkt an einem anderen Ort sei. Wir haben nie eine solche Nachricht erhalten. Ja, das sei, weil wir eben über Tripadvisor und nicht direkt beim Anbieter gebucht hätten. Wir haben dann ein neues Ticket kaufen müssen. Die Fahrt ging dann genau von dort trotz des gleichen Wasserstandes los. Wir haben dann gesehen, dass es noch viele andere Leute gab, die über Tripadvisor gebucht haben und nicht auf dem 13.00Schiff waren !!!!

Wonderful first hour in Amsterdam
The most Wonderful first hour of my first ever trip To Amsterdam. We Spontaneously decided to jump on a boat and turn the canals. Valesca was the funniest and perfect guide! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back and do the tour again.

The full day cruise had landings at three completely different islands - rural, conservation and small harbour. The guide was informative and willing to answer questions. The food provided was plentiful and very enjoyable. An excellent full day outing.

Don’t waste your time, sure there are better tours
Pizza was awful. The captain barely gave any information on the sites we passed. The staff seemed bothered every time we asked for a beverage. One positive was that we stayed dry from the rain.

En sämre tur än förväntat. 3/10 kl 14 åkte vi från Kungsträdgården. Busschauffören körde över övergångsställe när fotgängarna hade grön gubbe. Han körde mycket oaktsamt under hela tiden. Vi förstod knappt vad han sa när han ropade upp vad nästa stop hette. Den förinspelade informationen med upplysningar om Stockholm var än sämre än chauffören. Välj ett annat bolag!!!!

Such a rubbish service and staff who do not care
We bought a 24 hour ticket £65 we got on at Tivoli gardens went three stops to Christiansborg Palace, returned to the bus stop at 14.40 to wait for another bus to take us to the Amalienborg Palace at 15.10 we were still waiting, the bus arrived at 15.15 (the girl had told us in the kiosk 8minutes) we arrived at bus stop 3 for the place too late to purchase a ticket. So for 5 stops it cost £65 as we didn’t bother to wait for another bus we got the metro back to our hotel! Disappointed as we left the next day, it is simply day light robbery, £13 a bus stop they need to have more buses at least one every 15 minutes.

Whar a Fun Way to See the City
Wonderful way to see the city. Looks of beautiful sights to see from the water. Be sure to bring a jacket it can get windy on the water. Fun guides!!
