DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY for your tours. We visited San Francisco this past weekend. I had purchased Alcatraz tickets through Expedia (contracted with this company). I purchased the tickets 5 days in advance and had received a confirmation that we were good to go. I called the company the day of the tour to tell them I had not received my actual tickets yet and they told me they were sold out. In fact, the guy on the other end (Skyline Sightseeing) did not apologize and just told me that "Things Happen" and I did not have tickets. He was completely rude and could have cared less that we were there for a short weekend (from Ohio), were totally looking forward to this tour and were excited about it. Worst customer service experience EVER!!! Ridiculous. Do NOT buy tickets from them because they may not have them and could care less if you don't get to go.

Absolutely loved hop on! The best way to learn the history of the area and get around. The guides are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We took the hop on hop off on tours of Muir park, the Golden Gate Bridge with drop off in Sasilito, Chinatown and Pier 39. Not only is it easy it’s very economical. Car rental is not only unnecessary but I’d discourage anyone wanting to try to drive in San Francisco! Sitting on the top of the bus going over Golden Gate Bridge is an experience you won’t forget! Just don’t forget a jacket!

Had a bit of trouble finding the office at first because they recently moved from another location but staff were very apologetic and friendly. Once we got the tickets we walked 1 block to get on the bus and we were on our way. Buses came by quite often at the stops and the tour was pretty fun especially if you get on one with the live guide.

What a wonderful trip we had to San Francisco. We wish it was more than 3 days but we will be back for sure. Took the Skyline Sightseeing bus tour and packed a lot into that 3 days, we also got to use our ticket with Big Bus which was a great bonus.

Good tour, buses were busy but they came by pretty often so we had no issues all getting seats with a group of 6 of us. Sasalito was a nice little town, we had lunch at Trident right on the water, recommend it.

Don the tour guide made the tour amazing, we had a few guides and the headphones but Don was the best.

Tour guides were interesting but uneven with knowledge. JOJO included walking tour of China Town which was a nice surprise.

Your policy is saying that I can cancel my ticket 24h prior to the trip.Here I am trying to reach you since July 29th, for a trip planned for August 3rd.Yet nobody from your agency is returning my phone calls, answer the phone calls or emails or anything. I really hope you will not charge people when they try to do the right thing and cancel their trip in time.

They aren't clear about what you can use. The app didn't work on my phone (A Samsung) The swapped our tickets and you have to go to the shop to pick them up. With all that said, the busses, drivers and guide is really good.

All went very smoothly, we could use the Big bus company tour buses as they both work together now. Very well organised Alcatraz vist run by the National park service.
