We booked the Alcatraz Night Tour with SF Bay Cruise for February 15th, as seen in the picture below. Upon arriving for our cruise, we were told that we were actually scheduled on the February 14th cruise, and that they couldn't accommodate us. Apparently there was some miscommunication between the cruise company and the booking company. This cruise was intended a birthday gift for me. I'm extremely disappointed that Blue & Gold Fleet didn't honour my tickets, despite me being there for the date & time listed on the tickets. The young lady in the booth was extremely rude, and started ignorantly repeating "I can't do anything else for you. Thank you.", before closing off her booth. We recorded this interaction. After showing all the evidence to my credit card company, they helped me get a full refund. That's the only positive that came out of this experience.

I just recommended doing it if you brought the Citypass It doesn't deserve to do it per it price. It is a less than an hour tour. And just to see the city from the sea and pass under the bridge. You can take same or better pictures from other spots at the city

Too skill poor to maintain a boat. Better customer service experience than a Stanford doctor. Stunning seashore sights that make you want to buy seashells. For when you want to meditate, but your mind is running on a treadmill. Ignore the people who write poorly or have poor taste. There’s a difference.

The tour was a fantastic experience. Nice views of the golden gate bridge and alcatraz. Snacks and drinks available on board for a fee. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great view of sea lions on the way out of the pier. The reason they get 3 stars instead of 5, the restrooms were disgusting and evidently have not been cleaned in between tours. The flusher did not work, nor did the water to wash our hands. I found that quite annoying..

I was extremely disappointed with the boat service we received. After paying for what we expected to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, we were rudely asked to clean up after our kids had eaten a few potato chips. While we always strive to leave places tidy, the way this was handled was completely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. If basic hospitality and customer service are not part of the package, they should reconsider their approach. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this service to others.
