We had heard great things about the Underwater Grill restaurant, and it was highly recommended to us, which is why we were excited to have this experience during our vacation. One day before our visit, we called to confirm the information and were told that we did not need to purchase a park ticket, and that someone would simply escort us to the restaurant. Based on that information, we came with the expectation of enjoying a special experience. Today, at approximately 5:50 p.m., we arrived and asked for assistance at the ticket counter. The service we received from one of the employees was very disappointing; she was rude and unwilling to help us. There was another employee who seemed willing to assist us, but the first employee did not allow her to do so. The attitude and the way we were treated made us feel rejected, and we felt that we were treated differently because we are Latino. It is very upsetting that, in today’s world, a family who simply wants to enjoy a special moment during their vacation has to experience a situation like this. We hope SeaWorld reviews what happened and the way some members of the staff treat visitors. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, kindness, and equality. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend Underwater Grill to others unless SeaWorld addresses these concerns and ensures that all guests receive the welcoming and respectful treatment they deserve.

Absolute horrible experience! Everything costs extra money. Everything was SO DIRTY AND NASTY! People were rude. They had police patrolling the sesame st parade. There was a bra laying in the middle of the walk way in sesame street area. Planned on spending whole day there and only spent 2 hours and left. I feel like we wasted $300.

OK, so year-over-year annual pass holder... I really do love SeaWorld ... For the rides, the shows, Christmas, Halloween.... all of it. It's usually just my wife and me - but we took our grandkids (5 and 7) on Saturday. Having young kids, I packed a backpack with wipes, sunscreen, snacks, etc.... I was genuinely surprised to be told there is a $5 fee to put your bag in a locker for several of the rides (I was told "Yes, but that's for UP TO two hours - and you can get it all day for $14" - uh, is that supposed to help?)... Also an APH at Universal and Disney - somehow they manage to make a few billion a year w/o charging.... /RantOver

I love sea world. We are pass holders but the pet care does not works at all. We are waiting 30 minutes to someone come and check us. We still here. Called them 3 times. Lockers have no lock. Horrible experience for someone with a dog 😕
