Poor ride availability and two fire alarms on two different occasions in Penguin Trek. Saxon made the experience worse with his pettiness not allowing my small body bag but others behind me were okay to use even one was the same brand. I think he’s on commission for the locker payments. Even the attendant outside stated whats wrong with him and not again. Food areas differ in their cleanliness Chick fil a is clean, however the expedition area is poor with bins overflowing, rubbish on the floor and tables built up with grime. If you come here expecting good customer service and great ride availability you will be disappointed. There’s a reason there are always offers on the tickets. You get what you pay for.

We had not been in a while and we were excited to go! The park is falling apart and the employees are not friendly. I do not know what happened to this park, no toilet paper in the restrooms, it smells like pee waiting in line for the tower (you pay extra for this). The drink refill by fire and ice smells like sewage is pouring out. The food was cold at the first restaurant we stood in line at with an employee telling us “you do not want a beer from here it has been in there for awhile”. There is a problem here, the employees are miserable unhappy and rude! Honestly the only friendly person we ran into was a girl sitting in the coral rehab area who answered are son’s question. Very disappointed!

Such a great park and fun day. Great mix of different viewing and educational areas, rides from roller coasters to water rides, shows throughout the day, and great food and drink options. Would definitely recommend.
