Animals should not be kept in captivity, especially when they do not have enough space to live comfortably. At SeaWorld, the animals have much less space than they would have in their natural habitat. This can prevent them from behaving naturally and may negatively affect their well-being. In my opinion, animals deserve to live in environments where they have enough space and freedom to live as naturally as possible.

being a platinum pass holder, you would think that the employees that you call on the phone would be educated about their job. Tried to book the new monster breakfast 4 different times. 4 different employees were the most uneducated about their jobs. total frustration. I guess it's God saying don't book it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rides would get a 5 star, sadly poor queue management, slow load and unload times on rides constant queue jumping and lack of communication from team members (many of whom look like they'd rather be anywhere else) Would not put us off going again but this is much further behind in terms of operations than the other Florida theme parks

I want to love SeaWorld but its not easy. Low staff at the gate, low staff in food venues. And I know its not easy to continue to run this business with the orcas changing the game. This business need a revival and its not roller-coasters and other rides. They need to find a way to include more sea life or the virtual world of sea life. It feels empty and lackluster. Ok enough negatives. For the positives. The sea lions were incredible. The orca show was better than ever before. I didn't get to see the dolphin show due to weather but saw them in the encounter. These 3 venues carry the operation and are really cool. I would say don't miss this while you can because this business is not sustainable.

We were really looking forward to SeaWorld but were very disappointed by the attitude of the staff, it ruined our time. We asked to do rider swap because my youngest (who’s only 9) was scared to ride and were told “he’s tall enough and was big enough to walk up here so you’ll have to go back and queue again”. Nothing like how Disney were who were lovely and understand some children are afraid of rides and it ruins their time having to stand and queue all of the time. Only found the odd member of staff pleasant the rest were miserable. Dolphin show was fantastic, the sea lion show just seemed a bit all over and was disappointing only 2 shows per day for dolphin, sea lion and orca so unless you show up early or stay until late you’re not hitting any as we missed the Orca show as we left early feeling underwhelmed by the experience. Overall we won’t be returning.
