If you're not waiting 2 hours for an attraction, you're waiting in a 40 minute line for food. I thought I was going to be able to do more with upgrades on my tickets. Awful experience.

The park is enjoyable, but the lack of proper customer service support is frustrating. When ticket issues arise, there is no dedicated help desk, and guests are forced to stand in the regular ticket line for extended periods—over an hour in my case. This is unacceptable and takes away from the overall experience. A separate customer service line or window is clearly needed.

Don’t waste your time and money here. It was too expensive, the rides and shows were canceled by 2 pm and couldn’t do anything. Not worthy at all!!!

While I love this theme park and we go a lot, the operations portion of this park has always sucked. We decided to go yesterday just to see what it was like spring break week, obviously packed but i think what amazed me most were not the long lines I expected that, the fact they only had one coaster train on every single roller coaster ride in that park was absolutely ridiculious. Come on Sea world get your operations portion of your park together.

Everything is spectacular! From the virtual reality redes to roller coasters that have you screaming at every turn and fun rides for the kids too...and the marine life shows and displays are phenomenal

Ahhhhh-mazing! So glad he purchased season tickets because we were so focused on the Seven Seas Food Festival 😋and Shark Adventures! We plan to return and do all the shows in one day. Then, of course we need to explore the park and rides! This is a great place for family or adult entertainment. Loved it.
