Penguin Trek: This newer family coaster is a total hit! It’s the perfect "step-up" ride for kids who want some speed but aren't quite ready for the massive loops. Plus, ending the ride right in the penguin habitat is a genius move. Mako & Pipeline: For the serious thrill-seekers, Mako is still king of the airtime, and Pipeline (the surf coaster) gives you a rush like no other ride in Florida. SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep: We got a peek at the construction for this brand-new suspended dark ride. It looks like it's going to be a game-changer for family-friendly, immersive storytelling! Excitement & Family Fun The park has a great energy right now, especially with the Seven Seas Food Festival in full swing. We loved grabbing global bites while wandering between the massive aquariums. Sesame Street Land is still the ultimate home base for the little ones—the parade is high-energy and the interactive water play areas are a lifesaver in the Florida heat. Bottom line: Whether you’re here to face your fears on a hyper-coaster or just want to spend the afternoon feeding stingrays and watching the sea lions, SeaWorld delivers a full day of memories. I had an extremely frustrating experience at SeaWorld during our spring break trip with my family. We purchased tickets online ahead of time, expecting a smooth entry, but that was far from the case. After waiting about 45 minutes just to get into the park, we were told at the gate that our tickets were “on hold.” We were then sent to the ticketing counter, where we waited another 50 minutes. Staff informed us the issue was because the name on the SeaWorld account didn’t match the name on the card used for purchase. Even after I confirmed directly with my bank that the charge was legitimate and not fraud, SeaWorld had already taken the money. Despite verifying everything and proving the purchase was valid, we were still denied entry. It then took over an hour just to process a refund, all while dealing with rude and unhelpful customer service. To make matters worse, this entire situation happened while I had my service animal with me, which made the experience even more stressful and exhausting. Overall, this was a huge waste of time and completely ruined part of our vacation. For a major attraction, I expected much better organization, communication, and customer service. Very disappointing experience. If I could give 0 stars I would I wasn’t the only family having this experience either you’d think they would fix this issue if it seems to be a common occurrence. I didn’t even enter the park left very disappointed and the other family’s with this issue also choose to spend there money at better places elsewhere.
