Machines with a lot of problems (penguins and crazy river). Torre does not have an infection, as an employee informed us, which is why it is not working. Currently the ship under construction. I mean practically if you go on a busy day and the wait is more than 1 hour and 30 minutes you can use 1 or 2 machines. Today we were at the penguins and we waited in line for more than 90 minutes and when we arrived in front of the line we waited 45 more minutes due to technical problems.

Great coasters! Cool displays, aquariums, and shows. The new penguin trek is a cold ride. Too cold for t shirt and shorts. The ride itself is fun and the penguin habitat gorgeous, but icy cold. You are held in a cold room before you get into the frigid habitat then you are held in another cold room before you get back out into the warmth Got a deal on Groupon for the day ticket. It included a meal! Got the roasted pork with cilantro rice and black beans. Could have been more cilantro but it was good and enough for 2! It's 40$ for the cheapest option to park. But the walk to the entry gate is short.

We actually had a really nice day there yesterday. The park was much more crowded than I expected for a weekday in January. Disappointing that three rides were closed two of which I was looking forward too. Grandsons really enjoyed the roller coasters I actually rode one myself and enjoyed it. Food prices are horrid I don't know how parks can get away with $20 for a piece of pizza or chicken nuggets . I hate to complain cuz we had a really fun day out of town and it's definitely a cheaper option than Disney.

We went to Sea World yesterday on 1/30/25. A day after Disney Magic Kingdom. Disney really know how to create a magical family time. Their app is seamless and outperfornming, guaranteeing an amazing time there. Sea World has an app but If Disney is 10/10, Sea World's is 2/10. Disney staff is 9/10, sea World is 2/10: much less staff, not as greeting and welcoming as disney, they dont really know what they do there. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, we came all the way to enjoy the rides and rollercoasters. Well, guess what: 30% of them (!!!) were not working!. And for some (ex: ICE BREAKER), there was NO INFORMATION about the closure!!. Even the staff that daily is informed about the opened and closed rides hadn't the right information! Nothing on the website. Nothing on the app. No sign at the entrance. I tried to call the customer service and they were not able to do anything at all except (you have to believe they were joking) that next time I plan to go there I should call them to make sure what is open and what is closed. Such a disappointment. We were so excited to come. We left so disappointed. Things happen, we get that. Maintenance is sometimes required, we understand that. But information, communication, and customer service is not an option for a destination like Sea World. Shame on you.
