My daughter’s been dying to ride the penguin coaster since it opened. We come weekly and check her height.. today she passed the height check in front, kid was so excited the ride attendant was excited with her the other people in line were excited it was amazing. We wait in line get to the end to board (after watching a girl shorter than her standing next to us in line board) for whatever reason they picked my daughter to recheck her height. (Felt extremely discrimatory) where she was told she didn’t clear and couldn’t ride. Spent the next 5 minutes consoling a balling kid waiting for manager to be rude and blindly agree with the second worker. Again I felt extremely discriminated against. The original worker seen us on the way out and excitedly asked how the ride was to only be surprised we couldn’t get on due to him saying he even called a description up to the platform to let them know we were good to go! Will be cancelling families passes and switching to universal and or Disney.
