I have been a pass holder for 10+ years and today was the day that has me wanting to cancel my membership. I waited over an hour trying to park with both prefered parking and a handicap pass. We get inside then waited over an hour in line for customer service to get an accessibility pass. The young lady was as helpful as she could be. Then the “manager” Robert came by I asked what we could do for future reference because we parked pass the hotel in the back (yes it was about noon but to have that small of parking that no where was available for handicap and prefered ) they have half the parking blocked off for vip at 86 dollars a car. I was then laughed at for even asking what the best thing to do in the future was. Then he proceeded to smirk and tell me I’m lucky that I didn’t have to park across the street and if I wanted him to make the whole front parking a handicap lot. Never in a million years is that how any interaction should be handled especially when just voice a concern and asking questions for future reference. Extremely disappointing

Nice option for those looking to do something other than Disney. I recommended the day food pass, but don't get one for every person because you get enough food to share every 90 minutes. The world food tour is great, too. Get the lanyard and save a few bucks. The rides are awesome, but we really enjoyed the Seseme Street area for our younger ones. The parade is such a fantastic and fun event. My children and I loved it. All those involved, great job!. My ultimate recommendation is the Orca and Dolphin encounter. It is such a beautiful show. I saw it multiple times. Each time was a little different, but each time, I was left speechless. I recommended seeing the shark area also. Most aquariums don't have sharks anymore, and this exhibit is super cool. The food is way overpriced, which is understandable. Upon entering, you did get bags and strollers searched, but the staff was very friendly and respectful. Great family-friendly place!

Horrible experience I visited about 2 weeks ago and I have never been to a worse amusement park ever. Horrible staff they are so rude and are clueless. The app Is super inaccurate there was wait times for rides that weren't even open. Speaking of open rides there was 3 roller coasters open the rest were closed. Super slow operations takes 5 min plus to send out one train. And horrible food. On top of all of this my stuff was stolen from manta but luckily someone returned it to lost and found. I have never been more bored and mad at an amusement park in my life and I've been to so many across the US. Please prioritize the other Orlando parks. The only good thing here is mako. I forgot to mention everything here is outrageously expensive. Universal had cheaper food than here.
