Would be nice if they told us 2 of their major rides are closed. Journey to Atlantis & Infinity Falls we’re both closed, already bad enough parking is $35. Shows weren’t as good as they used to be when I was a child.

The only thing that wasn't up to par was the child swap for rides. Everything else was a blast 😊😊 Update: this place has gone SO DOWNHILL There are like cutters in every single line and it's not one or 2. I have seen multiple fights break out including one grown man screaming at three children that were not his that were simply standing in line waiting for a ride, and an employee was right there and did nothing about it she looked scared herself It's like these people have no backup or no recourse for anything that happens. We're platinum members and all the perks are garbage with the park constantly closing early and it being so messy. I'm afraid to even eat there anymore after looking at the state of the dining rooms in the bathrooms. You're lucky if you can even find toilet paper in the bathrooms after 6:00. We will not be renewing our season passes.

We visited SeaWorld Orlando yesterday with our two small children. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The two rides we were most excited about were not operating, and there was no indication of this on the app or the website. The park was extremely crowded, and we had to wait in line for 1-2 hours for almost everything. To make matters worse, it started raining at 3 PM, cutting our day even shorter. On the positive side, the park is beautiful and well-maintained, but given our experience, we won’t be returning.

Meal package was really disappointing. It’s unfortunate they are not taking any pride in what they are putting out. You’re better just going to chic-filet in the park. Chicken fingers and fries were average, hot dogs fine, all the other food with the meal package was done as cheap and effortless as possible. The rest of the park was awesome and worth the money.

Waited in line on 2/17 at 9:25am-9:55am just because we had a stroller. THEY ONLY HAD ONE PERSON WORKING THE STROLLER LINE. We have now been on two rides: Pipe Line and Ice breaker and you end up waiting forever because they only have ONE TRAIN RUNNING!! Insane especially on a holiday. We are also two adults and one toddler so in order to do child swap, one person has to wait in the line while the other sits outside the ride with the toddler then you get a child swap card. Unlike Disney where you all wait in line then just swap at the ride because honestly it defeats the fun waiting by yourself.
