We loved being at SeaWorld. The only reason I’m rating a 4-star is, because the rides went down numerous times and that was frustrating because it seemed that they would go down as soon as we would be standing in line for a while. I also inquired if the rides were updated through the app so we were able to track the status of them and were told they are not - which might be a good suggestion for the future. Vacation sales pitches are not needed, especially with how much money families are spending to get into SeaWorld - this is a huge turn off (keep in mind, a lot of us have kids with us and don’t want to stand in the heat, listening to people that partner with you guys, trying to get us to take tours of other places and getting sales - this is ridiculous). We really enjoyed seeing the animals and we were extremely pleased with the dolphin show. I do think tickets are a little overpriced, but I understand the purpose might go towards helping the animals and that is just fine with us, but transparency is always appreciated within the pricing.

My advice….save your money and go to Disney!! Try to rip you off at every opportunity. Staff clearly had zero customer service training. Rides closed but say open on the map. Then you queue for rides that say a queue time but it’s actually double. Not to mention the poor animals that have to spend their life there in tiny little pools. This place should be shut down!

Never knew Sea World had roller-coasters, so that was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the aquatic shows very much.

This is an awful place. I cannot believe how small the encounters are for those poor animals. This place needs to be shut down . PERIOD.I cannot believe what has happened to me and my brother within the 45 minutes to a hour that we were In the park. I had a heat stroke and had to visit the hospital inside the park, after I did that me and my brother went to guest services before we left the park and I went to the hospital, so we could make sure a ticket was made for what happened in the park. After me and my brother found out that we was not going to be able to come back to the park I called seaworld to try and get a refund for the 556 dollars we spent on tickets and was not able too use them. Not only that but I was appalled at how small the enclosures were for those poor animals. We have visited Walt Disney, and Universal and there is no comparison to the parks. Everyone at seaward was so rude and not helpful what so ever. I will never be back. Also I will be copying and pasting this post to put a google review just in case you all don't let this go public. I want people to know that going to those parks and spending money keep those poor animals locked away in those small enclosures. Locked away. I want to address everything. I just couldn't believe that those people couldn't care less that we did not get to spend any time in the park, they were not helpful and just did not care that we spend all of that money just for us to have to spend the time inside the park at the first aid place in the park and then waiting in the hot sun while I was having a heat stroke even though I did not know that was happening to me until I visited the hospital after we left. It was truly one of the worst experiences that we have ever had. I really hope that my reviews reach a whole lot of people and something will be done and this park could be shut down.
