Arrived for visit, Natalia at ticket booth was a great help along with Max. Park was quiet and slow. Restrooms were disgusting and were out of toilet paper and soap. No cleaning staff scene while we were there in the park. Enjoy the San Diego Seaworld better.

An incredibly small aquarium for animals – especially the dolphin nursery and orcas! When creating such an attraction, the animals should have enough space to move. About five dolphins in a pool smaller than a basketball court?! With no toys or anything to keep them engaged throughout the day. I would recommend reconsidering the design of these aquariums.

This park is struggling financially and its showing. parking is overpriced compared to disney/universal. the food is overpriced $35 for a salad and a soda and those are the cheapest options. The staff seems depressed and dont care at all. When you ride Journey to Atlantis look up at the theming, its all rusted and dilapidated and really is gross to look at. that ride needs a story too. The shows hold thier value and are sorta entertaining. everything is a up charge for things in there now! the skytower, feed the seals, up close to dolphins. theyre gonna charge to use bathrooms next iam sure. The park layout is also another issue to me. the wierd design around the lake with its narrow pathways can make it easy to miss attractions. I hate to be that guy, but nobody in the park speaks english and theyre all jumping in and out of the lines in front of everyone and its so annoying. Save seaworld

If you enjoy sea creatures, SeaWorld has them. The experience itself, however, is an exercise in patience. The crowd control is non-existent. We waited about 40 minutes on the highway just to get in, and eventually gave up and parked elsewhere. Getting through the security gates was just a gaggle of people. The lines for most of the rides were very long. Fortunately, we had no interest in those, as we has two children who were too short to ride 90% of the rides. We watched the dolphin and the Orca shows. The shows are great, and they seem to do a good job treating the animals well. However, show up early, as every seat tends to fill up fast. The Shark Encounter was absurdly crowded. It was just a shuffle through a tunnel. As far as animal welfare goes, most of the animals seemed to be in good health, although their tanks looked far too small for them to do any hardcore swimming, especially for the big mammals. The penguins seemed happy with their enclosure.
