My experience at SeaWorld Orlando was good, despite the rainy day and some rides being closed. However, I had a major issue with my ticket purchase. I bought 7 "Single-Day Ticket + All-Day Dining" passes directly from the park's official website, but to our surprise, the unlimited dining benefit was not granted. I tried to resolve the issue on-site, but I didn’t receive proper support. I felt deceived, as I paid extra for a service that was not delivered. This caused a lot of inconvenience for my family and negatively impacted our experience. A warning for those planning to buy tickets with extra benefits: double-check everything and be prepared for possible issues. I hope the park improves its transparency and customer service.

Since I watched the documentary on SeaWorld called Blackfish, I have been very adamant about not going to this park ever. However, my oldest child had a field trip here and I thought I would tag along so we could both partake in this first experience. I will say I was surprised on the overall experience. The park employees seemed very nice and sociable. The park was really clean, I mean the trash cans were actively maintained throughout the day. And this is saying something as one park employee told me that on the day I was there, they had about 1000 students scheduled to attend that day. Include regular people visiting, there were a lot of people. The animals seems to be well taken care of. They didn't seem too miserable. Maybe because it was a nice warm day ( high temp was 78°F), but either way they seemed content. SeaWorld is cashless, it's soo expensive just to get a water. I was actively looking for water fountains, like the contactless ones where you can also fill a bottle...I only saw one water fountain, I'm sure there are more but that fountain looked dirty and covered in limescale. You really have to be a pass holder or whatever just to get a percentage off. Overall, probably would visit again with the whole family but after that most likely would not go again.

Argumentative employees. Partial English speaking at best. Food is sub-standard and expensive. Signage lacking.

My 7 year old nonverbal autistic son LOVED sea world. Seeing the animals in person beats any animitronics or fancy tech offered by other amusement park. Definitely going to make this a yearly visit for him.

Download the app! You can see show times and the park map is very helpful too.

Love seaworld. Season pass holder has a ton of perks at a reasonable price. Definitely recommended.

We hadn’t been to SeaWorld in Orlando in almost 30 years and we decided to go at the last minute and I’m so glad that we went as it was amazing! It has grown so much over time and there are several roller coasters there now, along with the Sesame Street section for younger children, that is also very well done. There are a large selection of marine exhibits, which are all fascinating in their own right. We loved all of the various marine animal encounters, from the dolphins, manatees, penguins, sea lions and of course the orcas! All of them were so enjoyable and such a joy to see! I was able to purchase our entrance tickets on Tripster the morning we decided to go and that purchase saved us a significant amount of money. It was almost half of what the tickets were on the SeaWorld website itself. I would highly recommend others checking their website as an option for tickets. I initially worried it was a scam as the tickets were so much cheaper but they were in fact legitimate tickets and such a savings! We ate lunch while there and it was quite unremarkable but at least it was included in the cost of the entrance tickets. The food is very overpriced and relatively poor quality, but that was my only negative about the park. Overall, I would highly recommend others to visit SeaWorld, as it’s an amazing experience! I am looking forward to returning with my granddaughters!

We opted for the All-Day Dining Pass, and although the restaurants were acceptable, the process of repeatedly scanning barcodes was cumbersome and frustratingly slow. By the time everything was scanned, our food—which we'd already paid for—ended up cold. The park itself felt somewhat rundown in certain areas, clearly showing that most investments go into animal encounters and shows, which admittedly were fantastic. The highlight was undoubtedly the shows, feeding the seals and sea lions, and interacting with SeaWorld’s dedicated zoologists and researchers—this alone made the visit worthwhile. However, if you're considering SeaWorld for the rides, particularly the roller coasters, beware. As someone with larger thighs, the coaster designs were uncomfortably tight, making it impossible to enjoy them. The exception was Infinity Falls, an enjoyable ride if you don't mind getting your shoes and socks completely soaked. Overall, SeaWorld excels with animal encounters and performances (5 stars), but significantly falls short on dining and ride comfort (1 star).

Great amusement park! They have some great, innovative roller coasters, and of course the marine animals.
