As platinum members for the last two years we are disappointed. Customer service is a not helpful at all! After waiting 1/2 hour minimum to talk to someone on the phone, they will not honor the agreement made with us with the park representative and reverse the credit card transactions. The park was fun no complaints there but we will definitely go to all the other parks before returning to Sea world.

The reason for 4 stars is the solicitation that occurs right after you walk into the park. We had people trying to sell us a vacation at a Wyndham resort, told us all we had to do was pay the taxes i told them our trip was paid for in advance and that we did not have any money on us, the guy trying to sell us then got mad and walked away pissed. Other than the park allowing these solicitors on their property, it was a great time for 2 adults just trying to kill time. We got all day dinning passes. We were there for 6 hours after the 2nd meal we didn't want any more food. The food was great. I love the way they offer fruit in place of some side's and desserts. Wish they had more alternatives for adults. I'm not getting on any roller-coasters, but I would do bumper cars, but that is not something that was offered.
