40 minutes just to park. 30 minutes to get into the park with pre purchased tickets. The app loaded very slowly to the point of being useless. We were also hoping for more "SeaWorld" and less rollercoasters. Over an hour to get out of the parking lot is also a bit crazy.

I was really looking forward to our family trip to SeaWorld Orlando, but unfortunately, the experience was soured by the complete lack of customer service — especially from the janitorial staff. After attending several of the water-heavy shows, our clothes were completely soaked. I had brought one plastic bag with me, but when I saw a single mom nearby struggling with her young kids and dripping clothes, I gave it to her. When I politely asked a nearby janitor if I could have just one trash bag for our wet clothes, she acted like I had asked for something outrageous. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, saying they “don’t just give those out.” It was such a small and reasonable request — and after spending hundreds of dollars on tickets, food, and souvenirs, I didn’t expect to be treated so poorly over a plastic bag. It’s sad that a place built around families and entertainment can’t train their staff in basic kindness and customer service. A little empathy goes a long way, but apparently that’s in short supply here. Very disappointed and rethinking any return visit.

They closed Atlantis for a storm and after the storm they opened some of the rollercoasters and Atlantis stayed closed for the rest of the day. So from 5 to close they had most drink sessions and face painting closed for the rest of the day. What a joke! Spend all this money for half a day of fun. Do better SeaWorld! You already ripping people off for your over priced food and drink items.

We were lucky the day was not overly hot or crowded and all attractions and exhibits were open. It was a great time.

Went for the first time and will never return. Was in and out in less than two hours! Staff was rude and pushy. Hardly any place to sit when you need to rest from walking. Half of the attractions are closed. All the stores charge an extra 5% sales tax on top of city tax then they have the gall to ask for a tip! From now on I’ll spend the extra and stay going to Disney. At least I know I’ll have a great time there.

They closed a couple of rides, due to weather which is fair….but they forgot to reopen some of them, while the others were working once the weather stabilised.

The park is beautiful, with amazing attractions for the whole family. We really enjoyed the shows and the variety of activities. However, the staff was quite rude on several occasions, which affected our overall experience. We hope this improves, as the place has great potential to be truly outstanding.

I went to SeaWorld for the first time ever in my life . It is sad to say I will not be going back. I thought sea world was animal encounters and shows but to my disappointment it was mostly money grabs like food and gifts. It was just horrible. If you value your money please don’t waste your time. Kinda regards very disappointed customer
