SeaWorld was great! Our favorite part was definitely Sesame Street—it was such a fun and nostalgic experience for the whole family. It’s not the SeaWorld I remember from the ’90s—it’s even better now! The drone and firework show at the end of the night was absolutely amazing. We also did the All-Day Dining Package, which worked out perfectly for our crew. The kids had a blast during the dolphin encounter and learned so much—they especially loved Aura the dolphin. We’ll definitely be back for more rides, shows, and family fun!

🌊🐬 Major Disappointment at Sea World 🐬🌊 I recently took my wife to Sea World for her first visit, and honestly, it was a huge letdown for me. I loved this place as a kid and young adult, but now it feels like something is missing. The shows that used to be spectacular now lack the magic they once had—it felt more like a trip to a local city zoo. I really wish they would invest in what made Sea World great years ago. The park definitely needs major updates. Looking back, I wish I’d chosen Universal instead. Childhood dreams shattered. 😔💔

I hadn't been to Seaworld for 15 years and I think the park has gotten much worse in several ways. First, most of the staff doesn't seem trained to deal with the public and some are rude to customers - which is completely out of keeping with the standard of Orlando park. Second, there aren't enough staff. Today, there was a big storm, and several other customers and I wanted information (for example, where the guest service was) and there was no one available. When we found the place, there was a huge line (without rain protection) and we had to wait in the rain to be served. There were only 3 attendants (for at least 70 people in line). Furthermore, the rides are subject to the weather (which, although we had been warned beforehand, it seems that the employees aren't trained to deal with this type of event) and, in my case, after 60 minutes in line, we couldn't go on the roller coaster. It was already 1 pm and we couldn't enjoy the park at all. So, we went to eat (we bought the all day dining deal) and yet another disappointment: the 1-hour line at the restaurant we went to (Voyager’s Smokehouse), with no facilities or space to eat (we had to eat standing up). In addition, I had a problem with my ticket and, to my surprise, there is no chat or customer service channel through the park’s app (unlike the other parks in Orlando), so I had to go to Guest Service and it was the chaos I already mentioned above. In addition, many attractions are paid (in addition to the ticket) and, apart from those, the only ones left are the roller coasters and other more silly ones (in our case, since the roller coasters are outside and it rained, which prevented us from using them, only the silliest ones were left). I know perfectly well that all of this is worse because of the time of year we came (summer), but I think the park should have more facilities. It’s disappointing, especially if you leave visiting the park until after you’ve been to the other parks in Orlando, which offer a much better facility in every way. Finally, the fact that they offer you a free entry does not compensate for the loss of having a lost vacation and travel day.

(Translated by Google) SeaWorld is a very nice park; it's changed a lot and is now more educational. The attractions are fantastic: Pipeline, Mako, Manta, and Kraken—wow! However, the AllDayDining meal package leaves much to be desired; some of the food isn't very good. I don't think it was worth it, but it depends on your preferences.

I used to love SeaWorld, but recently the maintenance and operation of this park has gone downhill. The park was wildly understaffed, untrained, and unfriendly. You can still have a good time, just don't plan on anyone helping you with anything. The ride operators take 5+ minutes to send out a single train. The lines move slowly due to poor queue design and getting off some rides is actually very confusing/difficult since they funnel you through animal exhibits with large crowds. The shows are entertaining, but not always easy to get to because of timing and accessibility. While there are many restaurant options, most require reservations or are only open for walk-ins between 2:30pm- 4:30pm. Otherwise, you'll stand in enormous lines at their buffet-style markets. The food is pretty good, but not very allergen-friendly. Overall, not a bad park. Lots of potential. I just see some major room for improvement to bring it back to what it once was!

The layout is not fluid & did not seem very wheelchair accessible. The shows were good, again not very wheelchair friendly. Maps were not anywhere to be found except at customer service. The staff did not seem very knowledgeable about the overall layout of the park.

Visited SeaWorld recently — the park is very clean and offers great shows and theaters for all age groups. The Dolphin and Orca encounters are absolute must-dos — truly memorable experiences that highlight the beauty and intelligence of these animals. That said, there were a few drawbacks that impacted the overall experience. Signage needs improvement. For example, stroller and ECV rentals are located inside the gift shop, but there’s no clear sign, which led me to waste 20+ minutes in line at Guest Services just to be redirected. We waited 2 hours in line for the Atlas. The ride itself was fun, but with better flow and queue management, the wait time could’ve been significantly reduced. The SeaWorld mobile app is helpful for purchasing tickets and upgrades, but it lacks features like real-time wait times or filtering rides by height — which would really help families plan better. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of vegetarian and vegan food options. SeaWorld attracts a diverse range of guests from all over the U.S. and beyond, and the food offerings should reflect that. It's time for the park to modernize its food choices to be more inclusive. If you're local, the annual pass offers good value. But as a visitor, I’d love to see SeaWorld improve on guest experience, tech tools, and food inclusivity.

Mako Roller Coaster is my new favorite of any roller coaster anywhere.... The feeling of weightlessness as if flying and speed are so thrilling it's SPECTACULAR!!! Shark Underwater Grill was tasty and we had a sweet waitress called Soumay! Dolphin and Orca shows were fantastic!! Oh and the grand finale drone, dance, light and fireworks show at the end was phenomenal!!!!

One Star — Absolutely heartbreaking I went to SeaWorld Orlando thinking it would be a fun and educational experience. Instead, I left feeling sick to my stomach. The orcas are kept in tanks that are tiny compared to their natural habitat — these are massive, intelligent creatures that should be roaming the open ocean, not doing tricks for claps. It felt more like a circus than anything “educational.” The shows are flashy and loud, but behind the scenes, you can’t ignore the sadness in those animals’ eyes. Orcas are meant to swim dozens of kilometers a day, not float around in a glorified swimming pool. The worst part? The crowd cheers while these animals suffer. Just because it’s legal doesn’t make it right. SeaWorld tries to brand itself as conservation-friendly, but keeping orcas captive like this isn’t saving animals — it’s profiting from their misery. Do better. wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Stop keeping orcas in captivity. Haven’t you learned anything over the past 40 years of orcas in captivity? Obviously no. It’s abuse. Watch YouTube and Black Fish.
