I lost my phone at Sea World Orlando a couple of weeks ago while riding the kraken. I know, my fault. Well. I know EXACTLY where the phone is bc I can obviously pin point it with FindMy. I was told at Lost and Found that they can’t get it until after hours (which is understandable) and all I can do for now is fill out a L&F form that’s available only online. So I used my wife’s phone, filled out the form, and uploaded a FindMy screenshot showing EXACTLY where the phone is located. Here it is, almost a month later and all I get are “we’re still looking for your item” emails. Like does anyone actually care? You can never call and get a live person, either. Hopefully someone from SeaWorld actually sees this and cares enough to help. It would be much appreciated.

Scam after scam to nickel and dime you. We traveled 15 hours from southern Indiana to have an awful day here. Rides were good. But spent 170$ for parking and 2 quick queue that only worked on 4 rides. You must pay for more for quick queue plus to ride different rides. Will never go again

It’s such an exciting and unique park, it combines amazing animal exhibits with some of the best roller coasters around! The animal shows were well done and educational, especially the seals & dolphins, they were absolutely beautiful and fascinating to watch. The dolphins were so graceful, intelligent, and full of energy, it was amazing to watch their interaction with trainers and see their playful personalities shine through.

This is THE WORST THEME PARK I have ever been to. Firstly, no bags allowed in ride queues despite having storage boxes at every single ride, told me I must put bags in a locker that I have to pay for myself… why’s that not included with my ticket price like other theme parks eg. Universal? Then, to my surprise, I see others getting into queues with their bags straight after I was turned away! You won’t believe this - it’s up to the worker attending the front of queue which bags are allowed on!? No company policy involved, just PICKING AND CHOOSING. Others were being let on with bags of all different sizes and I was constantly being told conflicted answers as to whether my bag was suitable or not, it was OUTRAGEOUS! I’d like to add quickly that Antonio working at Penguin Trek 11th July 2025 was very obviously only letting Americans on with their bags and forcing international visitors to leave the queue!!! As you walk round the park you are constantly hearing “go to talk to guest services” from all workers to every guest, shows lack of knowledge from staff. What worse is when you go to guest services, they don’t even help you out, just say there’s nothing they can do because they’re not associated with that part of the park! Queue attendants need to follow some sort of policy, it’s poor management and reflects badly on the entire company. Some attendants told me my bag was too small so might get stolen, some told me my bag was too big so doesn’t meet the requirements for the boxes in the ride area, but then some let me on with it as its a suitable size? Saw both bigger and smaller bags allowed in, even pointed out the others in the queue and was met with “go talk to guest services” every. single. time. I can’t stress enough DO NOT COME HERE! I can’t believe it’s said that it’s my choice to leave my bag in the unsupervised boxes and then given NO CHOICE but to to buy an overpriced locker? Secondly, I booked the dolphin encounter, the money was taken and then no tickets sent, spoke to guest services, told“nothing we can do” (shocker) so went to the dolphin encounter area and they made us repay for it because it was “pending” and wouldn’t listen to me saying that all transactions pend in UK banks first. Got told that because in America that’s not the case, we can’t do the dolphin encounter… again plain discrimination and not accommodating to international visitors. My boyfriend showed bank transaction proof to still be met with no experience and have now lost $91.06. Thanks a lot Seaworld! Ps. Guest services have no association with the rides or the animal encounters so I’m not sure what they’re actually there to help with!? Probably no association with the park whatsoever based on what they told me. If you’re in the unfortunate situation of being in this theme park, my only advice to you is to leave. Seaworld, PLEASE IMPROVE your systems, rules, staff attitude and ability to accommodate to international visitors because this experience has been blatantly APPALLING!

I would not recommend visiting if you’re a tourist. From the food to the attractions, the service is appalling. Staff management is all over the place with no one wanting to take responsibility. Whether this be from poor communication between guest services and ride ambassadors, staff being too lazy, or staff flat out pick and choosing the rules, it does not offer a satisfactory service. If you want to bring a reasonably sized bag (wallet size upwards) be expected to pay additional money for “required” lockers otherwise be prepared to leave a member of your party behind. Additionally, those lucky enough to be carrying fanny packs (a rare find outside of the US) will be granted access to the “no loose items” rides no matter the size or whether its attached to your body. Each ride station has designated boxes for loose items with signs across the queues to state its up to the owners responsibility for any item left unattended - this choice is taken away the moment you reach the end of the queue. The park does not accommodate for out-of-state visitors. Those who visit outside of the US, do not book off the app. Staff do not consider payments placed in pending (an unavoidable option in most European countries) a real transaction. After purchasing 2 tickets for the dolphin encounter, costing $91.06, the tickets were never given due to the park “not receiving” funds due to the banks pending system. This ultimately resulted in being denied access and having to repurchase tickets. Unless the park improves on their systems, rules, staff, and welcomeness to all, I will not be visiting again and advise others to do the same.

This is speaking to veterans and active duty people in particular. SeaWorld advertises and it was advertised to me that veterans get free admission and free parking. I showed up to the park today and I still paid for entrance and after paying for the entrance I went to the front to get a ticket and they said that it was only 50% off. Apparently there are only two times in the year where veterans can go in for free
