I went on vacation for a couple days in both Universal Studios and SeaWorld I visited Universal Studios in both parks and all day I rode two rides it was super busy and it was just hot and miserable. The very next day I went to SeaWorld and it was like night and day there were places to get drinks the lines were really short I wrote five rides had time to eat and drink and I gave up. My experience at SeaWorld was wonderful and I think Floridians know where to go 2 really enjoy a good time.

Pathetic experience at ice breaker ride. Unlike other rides like Manta, here staff asked me to keep the bag in locker room. When I took the locker, the space is too small to fit my bag in. Waste of money! When I want to go back to the queue to tell my family to continue ride without me, this time the guy at entrance didn’t allow me. A brainless security process

I am a season pass holder and I won’t be renewing because of this. Having toddlers and babies wait in 93+ heat for baby shark, no updates, staff not informed what was going on, and canceling the show late because the performers couldn’t get their act together and show up on time while the kids face extreme heat on the verge of passing. get your act together! Parents were told we did not force to make you wait in the heat, wow!

The Seaworld experience is great. The mix between education, fun, and entertainment is well balanced. They keep the park clean and everything is well maintained. Take advantage of their dining deal it's worth it.

SeaWorld is amazing! People truly sleep on how good the roller coasters are here! The animal shows are solid and the park is a perfect blend of thrill and chill.

While my kids enjoyed the rides and animals, I was appalled by the trash, filth, and rundown exhibits. This trip was a stark difference from my visit in 2015. Ride queues are filthy (see posted picture from Penguin Trek), the bathrooms are hit and miss in regards to cleanliness, the restaurants are not clean and often littered with trash (kind of goes against your conservation message, huh?), and the employees were not helpful. We had an incredibly difficult time using our vacation package discounts and it was clear that employees had no idea what this was and they refused to help or look into it when we tried to use it. There were no employees directing guests in the ride queues which created chaos and overall was inefficient. Many exhibits have peeling and outdated signage. It is clear that SeaWorld is neglecting the details that would elevate their park to the level of local competition. Honestly, I won’t be back.

The park has some great attractions for all ages. There is a good amount of shade. We loved the shows. It’s not as busy as the bigger parks. The food is so expensive. The drinks are so expensive. The merchandise is so expensive. 35 bucks for parking starts your day off. Be prepared to spend.
