So, We came to Orlando for Halloscream. Park opens from 6 -12 and has 5 hunted houses...etc. This is a great weekend activity for children. It's cheesy for adults. They tried.

First time. Will not be returning. We get there 30 minutes after it opens. We are waiting in linear first check point. Get up to the from was told I couldn't have a hard cooler. I explained to them okay we can bring it back to the car thats okay. My only issue was I needed the medically needed formula. It had to be cold and I needed to feed my son shortly after we entered the park. So I asked how would they be able to accommodate that due to me living a few hours away. Took them 10 minutes to figure it okay. They told us we needed to bring the bittles to sesame Street first aid. We asked is it opened now because we cant wait it needs to be in the fridge ASAP. They said yes we can go down as soon as we entered the park. We get down to Sesame Street they are booked off for the Halloween event. We told them what was communicated to us in the front by security. They said okay if thats what tou where told then we will let you pass. As soon as we get to Sesame street we got stopped. By a girl cant remember her name she said we couldn't be back in this area due to it not being opened. We told them everything that was communicated with us and she didnt care. So I asked for someone else to come help us. Then John comes up to us we tell him everything that was communicated with us and that we needed to get our sons medically needed formula in a fridge ASAP or it will be ruined. The only thing he had to say to us was he didnt care it wasnt communicated with then and we needed to leave the area... until it was opened mind you at that point it was 2 minutes until the area was opened. This was terrible communication between the park. We did not deserve the treatment we got. The attitude from the safe. The i dont give attitude.. wasnt right at all.. staff really needs to work on communication with things like this.

Day visit and Hallowscream. Great roller coasters. The night visit was a lot of fun. Actually just walking thru the park was fun for Hallowscream.

Ugh. I’m mad we spent as much as we did to go here. Sea world has not changed as much as I hoped they had. The enclosures were small and boring. I wouldn’t even go near the orca one after seeing the dolphins and other aquariums. They were also full of algae and not kept up with. We spent about $600 for 4 of us to get in on a Saturday with all you can eat food and parking. We are 1.5 times and the food was not good at all. Parking alone is $40. I wish I could get a refund.

Ive been a pass holder for while now but today was messed up my son baby furmula medical needed i was told at security go back sesame first aid get in fridge I get back pass area doesnt open till 10 and get stoped at orca stadium at 950 saying we have turn around but we was told to come here my son furmula was gonna spoil if didn't get it in fridge tryed explain that to John he totally didn't care like as we was leaving park people already walking back seasome street all over couple mins my son safety wasn't important horrible people smh

Customer service is the worst they won’t help you cancel any order unless you buy the annual pass If u don’t buy the annual pass they won’t help you cancel the order even if u made the mistake buying the wrong ticket in the wrong state I got the ticket online and within 3 minutes of the buy I called them to do the cancelation and the worst experience ever
