Sea world Florida was awesome. But the staff could be a little bit more friendly. They were not very welcoming and especially with the amount of money we pay as a family.

Park is ok, rides are cool but seemed to lack organisation they could easily shorten wait times if they were more efficient in swapping out people getting off and on the coasters. Staff are extremely rude at all the food stands. No please or thank yous just nothing. Not even a hi. Food was disgusting that was at the all day dining food stands. I can’t speak for the restaurants. Every meal went in the bin after a few bites 🤢🤢🤢

I loved it so freaking much here!! My favorite part is the orca encounter show, wich shows you the biology and phycology of orcas and where they can be located at!!! sends me a lot of inspiration to work here as a trainer one day!! The plushies are very soft and squishy as well. Got some for my sister in New Mexico!! I wish to come back again somedag

This place is just bad, terrible, I use took like this place but now I just hate it and the reason why I go is because of my kids, but I wouldn't even go back or think about this damn place, first of the employees here are so disrespectful if they miserable where they work at just quit the damn job, and second of all it doesn't matter what location you are if is a bar, ice cream shot etc if somebody needs water get them water don't send them to the soda station or somewhere else to get water and last of all y'all are to damn expensive make your employees with better attitude and better training...

I’m totally amazed at the poorly managed theme of Seaworld Orlando. I visited with my family on 10/10/26. We got to the park at around noon and had tickets to the Hollow Scream event as well as a day pass. The visit started with the most disorganized security checkpoint I have ever been through. It should be noted that my bag was not checked and I later discovered I had forgotten two large knives were in my bag but the security guards were too busy complaining about the management’s mistreatment of them to care. I discovered the knives while grabbing a snack and a gentleman next to me saw the knives and heard the story. He showed me the handgun the didn’t catch in his bag because they never inspected it. Great security management 🙄. This was a Saturday but the entire park was empty. When we grabbed the snack I had watermelon that tasted like soap and only half of the menu available. The staff walking around had no idea how to get to any other attractions and the app was wrong about 90% of the information offered. The weather was bad so many attractions were closed (totally understandable) however the ones that were opened had attendants that clearly preferred that we didn’t bother them. Then at 6:30 we went to find out where to check in for the Hollow Scream event and three separate security personnel gave us three different answers (none correct). Then we go to the entrance we came in and a nice ticket person escorted us to a booth to get our wristbands. While trying to enjoy the event we the maps, signs and staff made it extremely difficult to find any of the attractions we wanted to see. If we stopped to ask any of the people standing around that were there as guides or help they gave us poor or flat out incorrect information. Then when finally had enough and decided to leave we couldn’t find the exit (somehow we were supposed to know the completely changed the exit) No signs no arrows just a foggy tunnel in an amphitheater. It was really cool. It actually moved the exit completely on the other side of the parking which put the handicap parking the furthest away (brilliant) as disabled veteran with two artificial hips and a rebuilt back the extra half mile of walking was awesome. The management of Seaworld is clearly incompetent just as the poorly trained security personnel were saying. I have been an annual pass holder of either Disney or Universal for the past 10 years and consider Seaworld next year. Now I’ll probably never even visit again. Pathetic. It’s really too bad the workers seem nice. The themes were fun and the animals are nice (although you can barely see the ones in the aquariums, maybe clean them once in a while).
