The guest service is awful. Self-chekins kiosks all out of service! And they have just two employees at guest services! For real?!… that’s not a customer service you would expect for your memeber pass holders. Not buying it anymore.

Horrible experience on a Sunday, we are annual pass holders and we decided to get a fast pass for today, we bought it on the app and never received it. The customer support people at the front of the park told us they couldn’t help even though we had a receipt, they said they would refund it, and we had to buy new ones for double the price. Still waiting on the refund for the first passes bought. Park workers extremely rude everywhere, no one wanted to help with anything or answer any questions. My fiancée left her phone in one of the buckets on a ride, the staff made us ride the ride again and wouldn’t let us check for the phone until after. I mean come on that’s basic customer service. We were consistently met with rudeness, and for the money it costs to be a pass member I would expect a little more. We have been before and had wonderful experiences here. But this weekend was terrible.
