Funny place but need to clean baths, botton of shark rails walking band, and VIP Club house us disgusting with mold on soda dispenser...us no the same amazing park that Budwaiser has before very abandoned with poor maintenence...

My worst day in Orlando!! The staff is just not prepared to deal with people!! They treat us bad!! That Pipeline staff is rude and the control is horrible!! Don’t waist your time here!!

Never buy an anual pass I pay for the whole thing and I have to leave state for emergency and not thinking going back and they will not refund this is awful the put 2,000 in their pocket for free

The only thing I didn't like, and where I think they could improve, is the customer service. The staff weren't very friendly; they often didn't even greet you. I understand they're exhausted from the heat and other things, but I think they could do better. Not into the roller-coaster scene, but rode a couple. Overall, good rides. The jewel for us are the shows and animal experiences. These continue to be wonderful eevnts even though most of the shows seem to be much shorter in duration than we recalled from years back. Food in the park is a little disappointing as it's heavily deep-fried, with not many other options that we could find. Expect all food to be "park-priced" (higher than normal). That is no surprised be it Disney World or Universal. The most disappointing factor to us is that everything we purchased, from coffee to lunch, had an additional fee tacked on to the bill. It's a 9% surcharge, which is a rip-off of their already higher-than-average prices. This is not fair to young families that walk in unaware and I hope the mother corporation reconsider.

poorly run. price gouging at every turn. took an hour just to get into the park. 4 of 5 self serve kiosks out of service. no one staffed to help with questions/issues. longer line for only two attendants at windows. the a 30 minute line just to get you ticket scanned to enter? can’t combine food credits or get change. you have to 15 seconds to fill your drinks at fountain machines or you lose your money. just bad systems and poorly managed/maintained.

We visited seaworld for the first time and it’s a fabulous experience watching the seal, whale ,dolphin shows,dance performances in the theatre was amazing, a show about rare species like owl, baby alligator, rat etc was good , spectacular Sesame Street shows and few rides are available too ; just make sure to attend the shows in the scheduled time slots. We went on a weekend during summer holidays and booked tickets in advance so don’t need to wait long for tickets but wait time is nearly 1 hour for the rides. You have many food courts and rest areas. The day ended with fire crackers and beautiful drone show. It’s a must visit place to have great fun and enjoyable experience.
