For the best park experience, you should purchase the all-day dinner pass and the fast-track unlimited rides pass.

Best roller coasters in Orlando! Absolutely love this place!

A great place for people who don’t like coasters to sit and wait for their daughter and friends to have a great time. Lots of seating for that waiting. And I get to think about by hot wife unabated, so that’s cool too.

Horrible experience with customer service, I am a platinum member, it is the first time buying those annual passes, I was not able to get my free tickets from January to May, just because it was never updated in my account, unable to redeem, when I got to the park I had to pay still for my guests, so when I call customer service they couldn't figure out why, even knowing I didn't get them based in the purchase history, the easy answer was, well you will have to wait until next period to get your free tickets(Bryan) from the second call, since Juan from the first call hung up on me. This is ridiculous 😒, never again, big scam, very disappointed.

I really like this place. I got a yearly pass, and this was my second time there. They have everything anyone can see or do. Rides, attractions, and of course eating. We did the food pass and it was well worth it. I really like the animal encounters. The show's are awesome, and the rides, WOW!!!

(Translated by Google) I expected more from this park. Starting with the tickets, which are relatively expensive compared to other Orlando parks. Right at the entrance, you see the employees looking sad and tired, as if they were doing you a favor. The guest service wasn't friendly either; I politely asked if the park had a first-visit button, and the employee didn't even wait for me to finish my question before responding with a curt "NO," and didn't even offer a greeting (besides hiding her name tag, a shame I can't mention her name here). The park itself is "okay," it has great rides, but it's also quite confusing, and there's no staff to guide you in the lines. Furthermore, the park needs a thorough cleaning; the fans are very dusty, the lockers are dirty, and the park wants to overcharge for extra services, such as paying $7 to dry off after a water ride (Universal parks offer this for free). Furthermore, I don't enjoy attractions with animals (although the animals are well-treated and cared for), but it's quite obvious that, behind the scenes, the animals are under considerable psychological pressure, affected by their owners. In other words, the park blatantly profits from the animals. I'm a travel agent, I visited the park in person (they don't offer benefits for travel agents, unlike Disney) and unfortunately I won't recommend this park to my future clients. I feel I wasn't well received, it doesn't have the magic of the other parks.

Loved it! You can tell they really love the animals and the animals look so happy and healthy! Howeber, the rides almost always seemed to have issues-- nothing dangerous, just annoying when it came to waiting in line. Will go again some day!

(Translated by Google) My experience at the park was quite disappointing. Besides the seemingly neglected structure, with dirty areas and an air of abandonment, what is most disheartening is the situation of the animals. Seeing stingrays in confined spaces being constantly touched by visitors seems extremely stressful. The manatee, a large animal, in a tank that seems too small for its needs, also causes great concern. Animals should not be conditioned to perform "shows" in exchange for food for human entertainment. A place that speaks of conservation and rescue should, above all, convey animal welfare, care, and respect.
